How to Prepare for a Past Life Regression Session

I have been asked this question a few times… How do you prepare for a past life regression?

Well, you really don’t have to do anything, but relax.

For preparation, just come as you are.

I would recommend eating a normal meal first. You don’t want to worry about your stomach growling lol.

I guide you through a relaxing meditation, so if you have done meditation or relaxation exercises of any kind, that will be very helpful to you.

Yes, it is important to have a goal in mind… your intent for the session … for what you would like to remember, whether it is to explain a relationship, a habit, a fear, etc. You can set your intent to simply remember a fun lifetime, just to try it out!

You could remember a painted mountain in a past life.

Once I (or whomever) guide you into the place for you to remember a past life, the most important thing that you can do is trust whatever information comes to you in whatever way you receive it. This can be through any way you sense it – by seeing, hearing, knowing, feeling, smelling, etc. Literally, the more you trust whatever comes to you, the better your experience.

Sometimes when you start to remember a past life, it can feel like imagination since you are remembering something you have not consciously experienced in this lifetime.

Oftentimes, people come out of the regression saying that they did not feel like they were ‘under’ or ‘hypnotized’. When you are regressed, your brain goes into a theta brainwave state. This is a naturally occurring brainwave state of focused concentration similar to when you are focused on reading a book, driving or watching a movie.

You are completely aware that you are laying on my couch and chatting with me but are still describing whatever is being experienced. It’s like we are having a normal conversation, you are describing a lucid dream and the only difference is that your eyes are shut.

Affirmations to RAISE Your Vibration

In Chapter 5 of my book, Life Is Just Another Class – One Soul’s Journey Through Past Life Regression, I describe my lifetime as a metaphysical teacher. In that life, I taught an interesting meditation class to young children in which we sat in a circle, held hands, and one at at time each student said a positive affirmation or positive, loving thought.

This continuous focus on various positive thoughts raises the vibration of each person. It actually feels like we are floating on a cloud when we finish.

Healing Changes in Life

I cannot believe it has been over a year since I have posted a blog. OH DEAR.

But I do know why. I have been undertaking A LOT of changes in my life. I have been metamorphosing.

I have removed myself from a detrimental relationship, moved twice and was in a serious car accident (from which I am still healing). Now, I am in a new home that I love with my two most favorite people, my children. I am working at a job where I can use my skills (and keeps me very busy). I have seriously honed my psychic skills (OMG cool! If you are interested in knowing more, I have updated the Intuitive Healing section of this blog. I seriously LOVE my psychic friends.) And I am making time to paint what I see on the other side. (Here is my recent painting of what The Light looks like to me after death. The Light is way more sparkly, but this is close.) I am especially loving the time I get to teach metaphysics and heal others through past life regression and soul retrieval. I sit here typing as part of my therapy to recover from the serious concussion I have from the car accident.

Life IS getting better every day.

We are Always There for You

Everything happens for a reason.

Like what you are thinking comes into the physical world around you…

Let me explain by telling you about what happened to me last week.

While driving to work, I pondered if a few of the spirit guides I have talked to are always with me. I came to a stop at a light as I exited the highway. Just then, Stand by Me by Ben E. King started playing on the radio.

I questioned in my mind, “Are they there now… around me?”

And just then a large 18-wheeler truck pulled in front of my car to make the turn onto the highway. The entire side of the truck had the quote, “We are always there for you.” It went by so fast.. and I am not sure what made me look in that direction. I did not even get a chance to catch the company that used that tagline.

HOLY CRAP. (That was my next thought.) 

They really are around me.

And they are around you too.

ALL the time.

It is so loving.

Seeing the Number 5, 55 or 555? Be Ready for Some Changes in Your Life…

CHANGE.

Some people thrive on change. Some try to avoid it.

I recall a quote: The only thing that is constant in life is change.

That is the truth.

So… have you been seeing the number 5? 55? 555? Expect some changes in your life. When I was about to make some major changes in my life, I saw 555 a lot. On the clock… in a random phone number… on a receipt… whew.

When I first started seeing repeating numbers years ago, I thought I was going a little crazy. But now, I know that seeing numbers are signs that confirm how connected we are to the angels and our spirit guides. These physical messages from beyond have become a welcome ‘coincidence’ or ‘synchronicity’ in my life.

So what does seeing 5’s mean?

According to Doreen Virtue’s book, Angel Numbers 101…

5 means: “A significant change is occurring, always for the better. It’s a good idea to call upon Heaven for help with life changes.

55 means: “This is a period of ‘out with the old, in with the new.’ Welcome these changes, as they bring about new blessings.”

555 means: “Huge changes are rumbling throughout your entire life. To keep these changes on the highest possible course, be sure to keep your thoughts positive, and stay centered in prayer and affirmations.”

Another important thing to do, is to pay attention to what you are thinking about (or doing) at the time you see the 5’s. This will help you know understand the message more – plus it may give you insight on what the focus of your change may be.

Remember, change can be a good, healthy, welcoming thing.

 

The Maharishi Effect – The Real Reason Meditation Feels So Good

The Maharishi Effect is the phenomenon of the rise of coherence in the collective consciousness of any community. Scientific research has clearly demonstrated that when one per cent of the population of a city or town practices Maharishi’s Transcendental Meditation Program, the crime rate significantly decreases. Similarly, when groups of individuals practicing Maharishi’s TM-Sidhi Program equal at least the square root of one per cent of a population, there is a significant reduction of crime and accidents, as well as an increase in stock prices, decreased pollution, decreased unemployment, and decreased hostilities between nations.

The basis of the Maharishi Effect is the rise of collective consciousness. Collective consciousness is the wholeness of consciousness of any specific group. For example, when we talk of community consciousness, we merely put together the consciousness of all the individuals who make up the community; for national consciousness we put together the consciousness of all the citizens of a nation.

There are innumerable divisions and organizations of collective consciousness, but among these there are seven principal levels: family consciousness, community consciousness, city consciousness, state or provincial consciousness, national consciousness, world consciousness, and universal consciousness, each created by the individuals within the group.

The phenomenon of collective consciousness can best be understood by examining the concept of a field, as described by modern science. Physicists delineate a variety of infinite, unbounded, and all-pervasive fields that operate invisibly throughout creation, governing the activities of innumerable Laws of Nature. For example, the electromagnetic field—one of the four principal force fields—permeates the entire universe, and enables radio and television transmitters to send signals by creating waves within the field. While the waves are unseen, they nonetheless create effects with which we are all familiar—the sounds and images of radio and television.

Likewise, the other three fundamental force fields—gravitation, weak interaction, and strong interaction—also pervade everything and behave invisibly throughout Nature. Self-referral consciousness is also a field, though on an even more fundamental level, for it is the omnipresent, invisible, and unbounded field from which all force and matter fields emerge.

Just as a radio transmitter can create waves in the electromagnetic field, individuals constantly create influences on all parts of creation simply because consciousness permeates every aspect of the material universe. To illustrate, if a stone is thrown into a pond, waves are produced that travel throughout the pond. Each wave produces some effect in every part of the pond. Similarly, the wave of individual life, through its activity, produces an influence in all parts of the cosmos.

On the basis of this same principle, the direct experience of self-referral consciousness influences every aspect of the universe, enlivening it with the perfect order and harmony inherent within self-referral consciousness. For this reason, groups of individuals can create very powerful effects in the environment through their collective practice of the Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi program—through their self-referral practice, they enliven every aspect of the universe by stimulating its most fundamental constituent, consciousness, and they especially enliven the collective consciousness of the city or province or nation in which they are located.

Since collective consciousness is created by the individuals within it, as individual consciousness grows, collective consciousness rises; and as collective consciousness rises individual consciousness grows. In other words, as an individual regularly experiences self-referral consciousness and enlivens it in his own awareness, the levels of collective consciousness in which he participates—family, city, province, nation, etc.—are simultaneously improved. This higher value of collective consciousness in turn affects, in a positive way, every one of the individual members of that level of collective consciousness.

Since individual and collective consciousness maintain this reciprocal relationship, a group of individuals practicing the Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi program will bring a powerful influence of orderliness and harmony to collective consciousness, enabling an entire population to act more coherently, more harmoniously, and more in accord with Natural Law. On this basis, Maharishi has brought to light the potential for every nation to create invincibility for itself and for all its citizens.

Invincibility not only describes the ability of a nation to maintain impregnability to its enemies—both within the nation and outside of it—it also describes a state in which every aspect of national life is in perfect balance. Invincibility is a state of fully integrated, perfectly coherent national consciousness, in which the inner depth of consciousness is integrated with the outer values of life. Maharishi has described invincibility in his book Enlightenment and Invincibility in the following words:

The sign of invincibility of a nation will be from the integrated value of harmony in the country. The tensions and disharmonies will be less, the flowering of business will be there, trade and industry will be increasing, people will be happy, sickness will be less, seasons will be in time, crops will be abundant, the economy will be better; the nation’s influence in the family of nations will be greater and more appreciated. The internal growth of cultural integrity will be more, people will be functioning more in accordance with the Laws of Nature, they will not violate the Laws of Nature, and therefore they will not create problems for themselves and for others.

That country will be more and more loving to all other countries. The influence of good from the country will be purifying for the whole family of nations. So everyone will love the country. These will be the songs of the growth of invincibility of the nation. (p. 66)

When a significant number of individuals practice the TM-Sidhi Program, in a group (the size varies depending upon the size of the nation’s population), the infinite coherence inherent within self-referral consciousness is spontaneously enlivened in collective consciousness, and every aspect of national life becomes connected. National life not only becomes perfectly balanced, but no negative influences from outside or from within the society can disturb this balance.

As we journey through this class we call life, we encounter many obstacles. These obstacles can be fears, relationships, unfounded phobias,health, and more. It is how we overcome that brings us healing while strengthening our soul. There are many ways on the path to healing. Karen chose past life regression which awakened her to so much more.

Karen believes that life is just another class. Upon remembering several past lives through regressions, she learned that we chose if and when to go into a new life. Choosing Our Next Lifetime and Being Born Again

In one past life that I remembered, I chose who and when to be reborn.

I actually saw the my conception …. and then my birth. It is weird, but somehow I’m okay with it.

This is from my past life memories as Annabelle Rosalina Georges of France in 1795 AD.

After Annabelle died and went into The Light, visited a large group of friends in the greeting room, and received treatment by the healing angels, she decided to check on those left behind via a meditation area located in Heaven.

It is through meditation on the other side that those who have passed over come to visit their loved ones.

A Tribute to Dr. Masaru Emoto 1943-2014.

His work was so incredible. Thank you Dr. Masaru Emoto for all your photos and words.

His photos of proof of how the energy of water is directly related to the words, feelings and even music that is directed to it, is truly amazing. Thank you Masaru.

He gained worldwide acclaim through his groundbreaking research and discovery, that water is deeply connected to our individual and collective consciousness.

He is the author of the best-selling books Messages from Water, The Hidden Messages in Water, The True Power of Water and Love Thyself. He has now also authored two children’s books, The Secret of Water for the children of the world, and The Message from Water children’s version. He was a long-time advocate for peace in relation to water.

We are made up of mostly water. Dr. Emoto’s work proved that water crystals form beautifully when beautiful thoughts, feelings are shown to it. (Even if it had been exposed to harsh chemicals at first) and that if water was exposed to mean words, harsh sounds, etc. the water crystal would be distorted and deformed.

It is so important to know that what we say and think affects us (and everything) on such a deep level.

Always use positive, loving words.

Constant Reminders that We Are Loved by Angels

The other day, I was having an … hmmm … icky feeling afternoon. We all get this way from time to time. It is normal I am sure. Just when I started to feel this way, I received an email from a woman named Lina. It was an instant notification that she has re-pinned this image of mine on Pinterest.

Now, if you have read my book or some of my blog posts you may have seen me write about Lena, my spirit guide. So, the name Lina (close enough) peaked my interest. Nothing happens randomly. Everything seems to happen for a reason. So, when I see the name Lena, I know it is a hello from her. In all of my life, I don’t remember seeing the name Lena, ever. Then once I met her through my past life work, her name just started popping up all over the place.

Just like when I was struggling with the decision to go through with a major life change…. I saw the license plate on the back of the car in front of me. I have photos of it from on my phone and my camera. I am still in disbelief that this happened. If you have Doreen Virtue’s book 101 Angels numbers – even the 514 number on the plate has relevant meaning to what was occurring in my life at the time. The meaning is that if you are struggling to make a change in your life, give the questions to your angels for help and guidance. They did. 

But I digress. The coolest thing about the moment that Lina re-pinned one of my Pinterest posts, was that she also chose the image I made with the number 444. 444 means that angels are around you supporting you.

The day gets better. A few hours later, a good friend of mine calls to say that they just saw the time of 4:44 just after having to change a tire. They knew they had to call to tell me about it too. A reminder to them and to me at the same time. So cool.

The very next morning, I took my daughter to the store for a few things. The receipt total? $44.44. I could have squealed. I may have. lol. The fun part was – the cashier had heard about numbers having special meanings too.

Our spirit guides want us to know that we are loved by them so incredibly that they take the time to give us physical signs they are here with us. We just have to be open to seeing them.

Why are we here … again?

We chose if and when to go into a new life.

We chose this life, our bodies, the people in our lives, and what to experience.

We chose our lessons for this class we call LIFE.

Through free will, we are completely responsible for our life.

Take a breath. It’s okay. You are not alone.

We are all in this together and we have help. Our angels, spirit guides, and passed over loved ones are always here for us – we have just forgotten that we can ask for their help.

I did not always believe this. As a young adult, I lost my faith in God and religion altogether. Only through working with my past lives did I discover a much deeper sense of faith in God, angels, and spirit guides.

We were recently featured on the TV show Ghost Inside My Child on LMN, a Lifetime network. My daughter had remembered a past life in 1945 where she was killed when a B25 plane crashed into the Empire State Building. Remembering healed away her fear of flying.

Can You Get Lost After Death?

What do you do when somebody dies? What do you do when you have so many around you die? It is not easy. In the last several months, three parents of friends (that I all knew), one baby, one teenager, and someone I considered a sister all passed away.

The hardest part is that even though I know what happens next, it is still hard. Even though I know it is celebration of their return on the other side, it is still hard.

What happens when you die, you ask…

They all recognized that they died. Angels, spirit guides and previously passed over loved ones were right next to each of them, as they have been for all of their lives. Then, a large, loving, golden Light appears to their right. The love just oozes out of this Light. The love just draws you right into it.

Why are insects attracted to a light?

If you have read any of my blog posts, you know that I have remembered many past lives personally. In fact, I have remembered well over 50 past lives. A few times my spirit guides have said to me that it is really important to go into The Light. The Light is the passageway into Heaven. It is our true nature of our self, our true lives. Earth is the classroom we visit to learn life lessons.

When we forget or do not go into The Light we can get lost. We do not go into The Light for various reasons that can include memory problems before death, feeling unworthy, wanting to stay to watch over loved ones, or if you die a sudden unexpected death you may not realize you died.

I do not (yet) fully understand what it means “to get lost” after death. Maybe we get stuck in a ghostly spiritual sense on the Earth plane where we may forget about the spark of light in our hearts and avoid going into The Light.

When my best friend’s parents both got sick it was hard to watch both of them deteriorate. First her mother died. It was very hard. It is always hard to see someone suffer and die. Interestingly, I saw her spirit in my own living room not long after her death. She told me she was waiting for her husband to come too. I knew inherently that she did not go into The Light. It is hard to explain how I know, but she just seemed heavier, denser somehow than those I have seen who have passed over in through The Light. She felt different.

Nearly one month later, my friend’s dad passed away. It was incredibly hard on my friend. (Listening and being there for her was still not enough to take away her pain.)

A few hours after his death, I sat in my living room in complete disbelief. All of this had transpired so fast. Her parents were both fine just a few months ago.

At that moment, a saw a vision of her dad showing me that he found her mother. He stood to the right of her. He made me aware that he found her so that she would not get lost. I got the impression, that this was part of the reason he felt he needed to go. He showed me how he was firmly grasping her hand to make sure she was safe. The Light, so golden and loving, appeared behind them. As The Light became brighter, they appeared more silhouetted. They turned and looked back to the Earth class and smiled. They turned and looked at each other and smiled more. Then, they looked into The Light and walked into it.

It was the sweetest, most loving thing between two people that I have ever witnessed.
