I found my joy in studying and participating in past life regressions. I wrote a book, Life Is Just Another Class – One Soul’s Journey Through Past Life Regression, as a tool for you to feel comfortable remembering your own past lives.
This book is an account of sixteen of my past lives and the emotional, spiritual and physical healing that has positively influenced my present lifetime. By re-experiencing my own personal past lives, I’ve learned a great deal about myself on multiple levels.
I have remembered nearly fifty past lives. Through total immersion into each memory, I have released a variety of unfounded fears, explained relationships, alleviated health issues, reawakened psychic talents and explained my fondness of certain time periods and geographic locations.
When you personally remember a past life, you can heal yourself of health issues and phobias. Do you have any unfounded fears or phobias in your life? Do you have a nagging health issue? Are these issues unfounded in your current lifetime?
Think about it.
In my book, Life Is Just Another Class – One Souls Journey Through Past Life Regression, I share some of these lifetimes with you, in hopes that I will inspire and excite you to take your own spiritual journey.
We experience several lives here on Earth to learn and to grow.
I invite you to embrace this classroom we call Earth and get to know why you are truly here in this lifetime.
I am a past life regressionist passionate about teaching and helping others heal through their own past lives. Since 2004, the study of reincarnation and past life regression has been my passion. I completed the Past Life Therapy Professional Training course with Dr. Brian and Carole Weiss in 2007. I have personally remembered over 50 past lives and have helped many others remember their own past lives.
I studied and continue to learn many other holistic healing modalities. I was certified by Doreen Virtue to intuitively give Angel Card readings in 2013.
I utilize my intuitive skills to help others realize that their angels, spirit guides, and passed over loved ones deeply love them and are always with them. Devoted to creating, I am an avid writer, blogger, speaker, and artist. I also enjoy mixing science with metaphysics and understanding the why behind it all. I love being the mother of my two beautiful children and aspire to travel the world.
I have been featured on several internet radio interviews. My daughter, Clairissa, and I can also be seen on the LMN television show Ghost Inside My Child (Season 2, Episode 1, 2014).
You can follow my work, ask questions about how past life regression can help you, or attend one of my workshops.

Karen thanks for visiting me at my blog. We have a lot in common. For whatever reasons I have a knack picking up past lives, not only myself but others. It is random. I rarely share with others unless they are like minded close friends. Knowing the experiences our Being has had prior to our current incarnation makes certain emotions, behaviors, fears, phobias and so forth make sense.
Once in a group meditation I went around the room, about 20 people and picked a life up on each person. Like I said it is random.
Your picture is really bright and pretty.
Oh PS to link your Book title.. edit this page. Highlight the name of the book and then click that chain box on the tool bar. A box will open, copy the url link (to purchase, or read your book in this case.) the second slot in the pop up box is the word that will show when a reader passes it with the cursor. Viola then a reader has a direct link to your book.
You can do this to link references, a tee shirt store, another website and so on.
Sorry for the long comment. Cheers. Peace & Love.

Sindy,
Hello! I really enjoyed your blogs a lot! We definitely have a ton in common! Besides the fact that I was inspired by the the Eat Pray Love movie, I love all the beautiful photography you include and your insight into so many topics.
You definitely know your way around Word Press – thank you for your help on the linking. (I changed it immediately). You are awesome!
I understand what you mean when you say you can pick up on someone else’s past lives. I often see a birthmark on someone and get a glimpse of their past life. I have barely touched on the vast amount of information that I could write about regarding my past life work. I am definitely a different person for having pursued this work. I certainly have healed physically (no more asthma), emotionally and spiritually. I know that if I can help someone learn more about themselves in such a way that it touches them so deeply, they heal from it, that is my life’s purpose.
I hope we can stay in touch.
Karen
Me too Karen. I spend a lot of time blogging so if you have any questions about blogging just ask me. A great blogger Jennifer Stuart taught me how to link a word, so I pass it on.

There is something in your past, you afraid to remember. I suppose it to be some kind of a key to the rest of your memories. If you work with hypnotherapist it may be good idea to try to find it in “guided mode”.
Good luck.
Thank you Ice Fern. Interesting you mention this. I do have a past lifetime in which I remembered a small amount of information. It was so awful, I have not remembered anymore. Nor could I bring myself to write about it or include it in my book. When my subconscious is ready, I will be ready.
When I remember a past life, it is during a guided hypnotherapist session. Thank you for sending your loving thoughts my way!
Thank You Karen for visiting my blog at JAV3D.
I read some parts of your blog and find it very interesting.
If am of the opinion that the universe is what we make of it. It’s all within, not without.
But the human race is still in its infancy and just like any infant, we are most concerned with making sense of ourselves and all that surround us.
We observe the phenomena that takes place around us and strive to find explanations for it. Wheather a particular explanation is right or wrong is entirely relative because “right” and “wrong” are relative concepts.
Up until a few thousand years ago, we had a commonly accepted explanation for a violent storm or flood: wrath of god. That explanation served humankind well for over thousands of years. Today, our explanations for the same phenomena have changed, and the new explanations serve us even better.
By digging deeper into the nature of storms and floods, devising various hypothesis of why and how they happen and then testing them over and over again, we have gained a solid undertanding of their nature, and a good understanding of how to better protect ourselves, saving millions of lives each year.
“Metaphysical” and “Supernatural” are just our labels for things, the cause or effect of which we have not yet fully understood. As time goes by and our knowledge and understanding grows, more and more “metaphysical” and “supernatural” things become physical and natural.
That is why, it is never wise to discard anything as unscientific nonesense or psuedoscience. If we cannot explain a phenomenon yet, does not mean it does’nt exist. Conversly, if we do not have a fully logical and rational explanation for a phenomenon yet, does not mean that such an explanation does not exist.
The “law of attraction” was a good explanation for something we did not fully understand, up until quite recently. It served us well. I would go as far to say that it is still a valid and useful explanation since we cannot expect every person to understand neuro-scinece and the incredibly fascinating workings of the “unconscious mind” and its relationship to our actions and beliefs.
I strongly believe that with our continued interest and effort, the questions of life, death and the true nature of time would also be better understood by us providing us more rational explanations for them. Quantum physics is the field to keep an eye on.
I wish you the very best in all your endeavors.
What you are doing is important for humanity. You continue reminding people there is more to life than just doing your job, paying your bills watching tv and die. There are unknown vistas to explore and intriguing questions to answer.
Life is supposed to be full of joy and fun, not a constant depressive burden.
Thank you Tahir. What a thoughtful and well thought out comment. Life IS supposed to be full of joy and fun. I thoroughly enjoy learning about Quantum physics. I look forward to reading more of your blog http://jav3d.wordpress.com/.
I am constantly amazed by how science and metaphysics can be so similar. For example, Newton’s third law – for every action in nature there is an equal and opposite reaction. His law is surprisingly similar to “Do unto others as you would have them do to you” or karma or even the law of attraction teaching–the more you give, the more you receive.
One of my favorite scientists is Masaru Emoto and his work on how words change the shape of water crystals. Thoughts clearly became things. Just fascinating.
I am nearly done writing my book. It is a labor of love and joy. Most importantly, it has given me a very deep understanding of “Why I am here.”
I love to paint as well, but I love oil paint best … for the blending. I am getting better with acrylics though. I have used both acrylics and oils in most of my paintings. One of these days, I will post photos of my work. For now, I use my own photography throughout my blog (except for the portraits of me, a good friend took those).
Side note – You should link your two blogs together.
I have over 20 canvases waiting for paint to be spread upon them. My thumbnails are ready for most of what I would like to paint. Some paintings will be of my visions of angels, some based on what I saw through my work with past life regression. I would like to do a scene from each past life featured in my book.
My challenge will be to figure out a way to paint some of my past incarnations. But since I re-experienced these lives looking through their eyes, I do not have a good idea of their facial features. I can describe in detail their clothes, shoes, but not their face. My thumbnails include severe foreshortening of my view through their eyes looking down upon their body.
Stand up right now and look down at your body. How would you paint that … hard, right? I may just paint a faceless person. I don’t know yet. Inspiration will come to me.
Have a fabulous day!

Hi, Karen. Thank you for your recent visit to my blog and liking a post I did entitled ‘Past Life’. It was very personal to me, regarding a past life (one previous to this one) remembered over a period time after I met someone who was extremely important to me (I have felt he was a twin soul and I also felt that his wife this time around was my sister last time. Both of them often responded in ways that seemed to confirm this). It was a heart making and breaking relationship in that past and in my present life – I felt I had to detach myself from his destructive behavior but never stopped feeling connected to him. He died last summer and I have felt his presence profondly, even causing me to take some risks in my life to pursue my writing career – I feel him urging me on more than ever.
I look forward to following your blog! Blessings, Diane
Thank you for sharing Diane. Sometimes the connections to those we remember from a past life are strong, but the reason for us to connect is not “happy, loving or nice” but to experience some type of push towards a lesson we are working on in this lifetime. It is nice to hear that he is urging you to do more in your life. As long as it is positive, that is fabulous! Namaste, Karen
Thanks Karen…I am glad you visited my blog and that you liked it…I am here to be of service by sharing insights and teachings, and you are too; and I am so glad to connect with you via WordPress! I Thank you….Have an awesome life! Angel hugs, Barbara XXX
