A Tribute to Dr. Masaru Emoto 1943-2014.

His work was so incredible. Thank you Dr. Masaru Emoto for all your photos and words.

His photos of proof of how the energy of water is directly related to the words, feelings and even music that is directed to it, is truly amazing. Thank you Masaru.

He gained worldwide acclaim through his groundbreaking research and discovery, that water is deeply connected to our individual and collective consciousness.

He is the author of the best-selling books Messages from Water, The Hidden Messages in Water, The True Power of Water and Love Thyself. He has now also authored two children’s books, The Secret of Water for the children of the world, and The Message from Water children’s version. He was a long-time advocate for peace in relation to water.

We are made up of mostly water. Dr. Emoto’s work proved that water crystals form beautifully when beautiful thoughts, feelings are shown to it. (Even if it had been exposed to harsh chemicals at first) and that if water was exposed to mean words, harsh sounds, etc. the water crystal would be distorted and deformed.

It is so important to know that what we say and think affects us (and everything) on such a deep level.

Constant Reminders that We Are Loved by Angels

The other day, I was having an … hmmm … icky feeling afternoon. We all get this way from time to time. It is normal I am sure. Just when I started to feel this way, I received an email from a woman named Lina. It was an instant notification that she has re-pinned this image of mine on Pinterest.

Now, if you have read my book or some of my blog posts you may have seen me write about Lena, my spirit guide. So, the name Lina (close enough) peaked my interest. Nothing happens randomly. Everything seems to happen for a reason. So, when I see the name Lena, I know it is a hello from her. In all of my life, I don’t remember seeing the name Lena, ever. Then once I met her through my past life work, her name just started popping up all over the place.

Just like when I was struggling with the decision to go through with a major life change…. I saw the license plate on the back of the car in front of me. I have photos of it from on my phone and my camera. I am still in disbelief that this happened. If you have Doreen Virtue’s book 101 Angels numbers – even the 514 number on the plate has relevant meaning to what was occurring in my life at the time. The meaning is that if you are struggling to make a change in your life, give the questions to your angels for help and guidance. They did. 

But I digress. The coolest thing about the moment that Lina re-pinned one of my Pinterest posts, was that she also chose the image I made with the number 444. 444 means that angels are around you supporting you.

The day gets better. A few hours later, a good friend of mine calls to say that they just saw the time of 4:44 just after having to change a tire. They knew they had to call to tell me about it too. A reminder to them and to me at the same time. So cool.

The very next morning, I took my daughter to the store for a few things. The receipt total? $44.44. I could have squealed. I may have. lol. The fun part was – the cashier had heard about numbers having special meanings too.

Our spirit guides want us to know that we are loved by them so incredibly that they take the time to give us physical signs they are here with us. We just have to be open to seeing them.

Algebra vs. Intuition

I am torn on this.

It is hard convincing my kids that they need to learn algebra in school. They are often frustrated with math.

However an algebraic algorithm brought through this picture to me via a Facebook post  – and any other Facebook users who are also given the opportunity to see it. (Not everyone sees every post if you did not know that.)

But, think about this… what if we grew up in a world that valued and taught all children to use their intuition and to trust it from birth?

A mother’s intuition knows when her baby is hungry or sleepy or some other need when her baby just looks at her. Her baby knows this to be true and so, can communicate.

If we all grew up able to trust our intuition, utilize our innate psychic abilities and have it be socially acceptable to see and talk to our spirit guides and passed over loved ones…

What then?

Life would be easier.

Fear would be lessened.

We would have instant answers and trust they were true.

Would we then need algebra? I wonder.

How to Break Bad Relationship Patterns from this Life and Previous Lives

Have you ever experienced a relationship that was not working in a positive way or even toxic? Are you looking for the path to healing?

How do you move on from this relationship in a spiritual sense …. ie. How do you break the unseen ties that bind you? Maybe you have not moved on yet, but you are looking for help. Maybe this person was not in a relationship with you, but possibly it was a hurtful, bad event (like molestation or rape) and you want to continue to heal from that.

We are all looking for love and acceptance from someone, but when harsh relationships, memories and emotional events keep resurfacing later in our lives, we are made aware of our need to heal from them.

We need to heal so that we can be whole …. when we are whole, we can bring our whole self into a new, healthy, loving relationship.

Additionally, when a relationship is ending or has ended, it is like a death. We go through the same stages as if someone close to us has died: Denial, Anger, Depression and finally Acceptance.

I firmly believe that forgiveness is always healing, however, I have found several additional ways to also help in the healing process. Please note that forgiveness is not saying that you are okay with what happened, but that you can release the attachment to it and not allow those memories or that person to weigh you down.

Below you will find many different ways to help you heal through whatever connection you have had in a relationship that you would like to release. By doing so, you will feel lighter, freer, more healthy emotionally and spiritually. It is shedding the dark, cloudy energy that formed. It is the releasing of the heavy, pent-up emotions that have been weighing us down – sometime for our entire lifetime or beyond. Use the tool or tools that resonates with you.

Know that it may take years for healing as we are always healing on many levels. By simply acknowledging that you would like to release the attachment to this relationship is the first step to healing. These tools may be your first step. There are many, many ways to heal. These are just a few. It feels like we are chipping away at a large boulder now, but you can do it with a lot of self-work and self-love.

My first suggestion is to ask your angels and spirit guides to send you healing unconditional love. Close your eyes right now and allow it to be so.

Contract/vow Releasement

This is an excerpt from Owen Waters’ book:

“I now renounce and release all vows that I have taken which have outlived their purposes and which now limit my potential for growth. I reclaim my personal freedom and declare such vows renounced and released as of now. I replace old vows with the knowing that I am loved and that I am Love.”

 

Cut the Unseen Cords

There are unseen cords that attach when you meet someone. It is as though they physically attach to you. Some are good attachments and you feel positive and lifted up by the relationship – sometimes even a back and forth energetic exchange. Those are the healthy ones!

But… then there are those who drain us, literally, of our energy and we feel exhausted after talking to or being with them.

A shaman taught me how to detach these cords. Close your eyes and visualize the cords extending from your stomach area (which is via the sacral chakra). Then visualize yourself cutting the cords. In your mind, visualize yourself using a large pair of scissors, a flaming knife, sword or even a chain saw. Whatever makes you happy. Cut them like you mean it. Then, visualize yourself taking back all parts of your energy from their (whoever they may be) portion of the cord. Put your energy back on and in you. Then, send their cord portion back to them. I visualize them burning back to the others … to really cut them off. Offer forgiveness to any person that comes to your mind while you do this. You are not being mean, it is necessary. Then visualize your opening (from where the cords came) being sealed back up with unconditional love.

I have seen this done with people using real tools like a knife (uh, made me very nervous) and learned you can use any physical object like a stone or anything meaningful to you. While doing this physical, in the air, cutting, you can scream out to this person that: ‘you are finished, you are done, you are mad, you are cutting them from you’. It is very healing.

You do not have to sever every cord with every person, some are built on love – like your child or parent. Do this exercise as often as you feel necessary. I did it several times. The shaman said, some can be sticky and it may take a few times to release them completely. Every once in a while, do it again. I did it every day, then once a week, etc. at first. You’ll know what to do intuitively. I rarely feel the need for cord cutting now.

I started to notice that when I felt drained after talking to someone … I had to disconnect. After a while, it becomes obvious who drains you.

 

Writing

You can write a letter to this person and tell them that you are done, disconnected and finished with the emotional attachment they formed on you. You can then burn it for finality.

 

NOW FOR THE HEALING …

 

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping

I offer this affirmation for those who have been traumatized:

Even though terrible things may have happened to me, and my impulse may be to suppress undesirable thoughts, emotions, or bodily sensations, I am loveable and acceptable just as I am. Even though I may feel devalued by traumatic occurrences, I know at my core that I am whole and good, and I now choose to lovingly align myself with that truth.

 

Protect Yourself

Each day or as often as you feel the need, visualize a shield around you. I visualize a golden light. Say, “The golden light surrounds and protects me. No harm can come through my light, only goodness.”

 

Write the Story You Want to Hear

Now, focus on you. Write down how you want your life to be. Write things that only state the positive – use NO negative words/thoughts. For example: Say- ‘Only loving people are in my life’. Don’t say- ‘No mean men in my life’. Say- ‘I know what I want in my life’. Don’t say- ‘I am a lost soul’.

The reason I tell you this is because: the story you tell about you, becomes you. Tell the story you want to have in your life (even if it sounds crazy or outrageous now). Say things like- I have lots of friends who love and respect me. There are nice people everywhere. People do nice things for me every day and I accept them with gratitude. The men or women I meet love and respect me. I am confident in everything I do. I have courage. I am open to receive loving relationships.

Read or listen to the teachings of The Secret (Rhonda Byrnes) (and any of the authors featured) as well as Esther & Jerry Hicks writings on the teachings of Abraham-Hicks and the Law of Attraction. Very cool info.

 

Visualize the New You

Make a vision board – it is a poster collage filled with things you want to see in your life. If you are a visual person, this is a great reminder of what you want out of life. It is fun to do. I add stuff all the time. You can make a paper one with pictures clipped from magazines. The website Pinterest.com is a great place to do this online. Or you can copy pictures and paste them on a document you keep on your computer. The more you look at the vision board, the better. I have a couple. It is a fun reminder of what you want in life. And – when you look at it months later and see that some of the things have come to fruition… well…. life can be fabulous.

Déjà vu and the Love Bracelet – a Guidepost to My Life’s Purpose

We have all had some form of déjà vu in our lives. Déjà vu is that strangely eerie feeling that what you are doing has already happened. It is that oddly familiar feeling that you really have done this (whatever it is) already.

The other day my daughter and I were in New York City. We took a day to walk around and enjoy whatever we came upon. We walked down one street and I noticed there was a small shop with the name in French which drew me in right away. (I wish I could remember the name of the store. Yes, I tried to Google it.) I had to go, since if you know me, I LOVE all thing French. It was a cute store with jewelry from all over including France.

There, I found a bracelet that was embroidered with the word ‘Love’. It was perfect for me. I felt that it would be a nice reminder that we are loved. I walked out of that store and felt like I had done this already many, many times. The simple thing of just looking at it, adjusting it, tying it, the feel of it… all of which I felt like I had done before. For the rest of the day, I could not shake the feeling. That feeling is still with me nearly a week later.

I am sure I never saw this bracelet before nor have I ever had one like it before.

That déjà vu feeling was really strong the first few days.

I am afraid to take it off though. It is like I am wearing it for an important reason.

I LOVE that it says “love” on it… and that to me, it is a reminder that we are loved so much by our angels and spirit guides – so much more than we know. Their love for us in indescribable.

But, then I started to think about it. Maybe, just maybe I saw this bracelet while I was watching the preview to this lifetime. Remembering your preview of this lifetime is one reason for déjà vu. We all see a preview of the life we are living right now. We are shown the preview of our life along with a few others that would work towards the lessons we also chose to learn. I know I picked this life with all its trials and tribulations. (Yes, that means you picked your life too.)

I am learning in this class that we call Earth. Absolutely.

Maybe I hit a point in my life that is a reminder that I am on the right path. This bracelet. So simple, it almost seems silly. Truly, though, if the path we chose to learn the most was shown to us in Heaven as we pick this lifetime, then this bracelet is symbolic of that. I have been talking about love a lot. That we are loved more than we know. That we can emit love to others. That we should think loving thoughts (as opposed to fear-based thoughts). The angels pour love onto us. Love is a beautiful energy wavelength. I could go on and on.

What symbol or sign is this bracelet to me? I have yet to find out. I know it is important somehow, so that makes it exciting. I love bracelets so I will keep it on until I find out. I will definitely let you know.

To Love Yourself…

Love.

Love thyself.

Love myself first.

I love me.

Look in the mirror. Can you say, “I love you” to yourself?

Seriously. Look in the mirror and try it. Don’t be shy. Say it like you mean it.

It took me a long time too. If you practice it enough, it becomes easier. You get more confident. You like yourself more.

You love yourself.

As women, we are taught to give, give, give and to constantly take care of others. It was hard for me to stop living that way. (Like it was a bad habit, it was hard to break.) When you give, you should be able to receive. I was always being told to be open to receive, especially by my open-minded and psychic friends. (Love you all.)

When we receive, we allow others to feel the joy of giving.

Last summer, I started using the mantra: I am open to receive.

Now that the summer solstice is upon us, I know it has been a year that I have consciously practiced receiving… and by doing so loving me.

It is really about loving yourself first. I know, it sounds selfish… but it truly is not. When you love yourself, then it will become easy for others to love you too.

You see, by being open to receive is just another way of being open to receiving love.

Yes, love for you … for your own self. Everyone wants that.

One Feather from an Angel = Instant Mood Adjustment

The other day, I had a bad moment.

I let a little irritation get me down. We all have them once in a while.

I let a little frustration spiral out into other negative emotions, which begets other negative emotions and on and on.

It feels bad to be irritated. I would much rather be happy.

I am driving … well … sitting in traffic trying to drive through downtown (during rush hour… not always a smart choice, but I was heading towards my weekly intuition class so I was looking forward to the destination). I am slowly moving through a section of downtown where if you do not pay attention, you will end up on a highway in the total wrong direction … crossing over two lanes of traffic to the left … merging right … crossing back over two more lanes ….  trying to get in the left lane so I can enter one of our tunnels here in Pittsburgh … you get the picture. Not an easy drive.

Meanwhile, I am sitting there in traffic feeling bad for myself, trying to find something positive to bring me out of this icky mood.

At this point in the drive I am on a bridge over one of our rivers … just sitting and waiting in traffic. I worry I will be late to class. I hear the roar of cars drive on the overpass above me. I wonder why we are sitting still. I look around and think of all the concrete they must have used to build all of this.

I start flipping channels on the radio to try to find a song … any song … they (the radio stations) know we sit in traffic at this time of day … there are so many commercials!

Then, something wondrous happens. A little white feather floats by, just in front of my car. It wisps around.   It seems like minutes pass by in slow motion, although I am sure it was mere seconds.

The feather floats directly in front of my path – going from right to left across all four lanes … only to dance on a little wind and float up over the side.

POOF! Then, it was gone.

Just then, a song starts playing and I hear the words blare, “The Best Day of My Life.”

My lips form a smile as my scrunched up face softens. I am instantly happier. You see, I know when I see a random feather, it is a sign from above. It is a sign from an angel letting me know I am loved.

A simple reminder.

Just like that, I feel better. I let out a little laugh and wonder why was I so irritated and how did I let someone else decide how I feel.

I brush it of and start to sing the song.

Life does get better. Just … like … that.

On Being Too Nice and Giving Too Much

On being too nice….

I was inspired to write this poem after reading Doreen Virtues book ‘Assertiveness for Earth Angels’.

This poem is dedicated to those women out there who give, give and give. For those who put themselves last. For those who depend upon another person’s happiness for their own happiness. For those who are learning to put themselves first, to do things that make them happy and those learning to be open to receive.

“The rag doll has a permanent smile sewn on her face
Always appearing happy
She lets you touch her, squeeze her and hold her without complaint
Inside, her stuffing is turning moldy and grey
Yet her smile continues
She listens intently to all you say

What is Your Perspective? Positive or Negative?

It is all about the perspective, isn’t it?

We are the ones who choose how to view something.

It is free will … YOUR free will to choose.

Someone may complain about the rain, but another may relish in it, see the rainbow and know the flowers are very glad for a drink.

It is hard to always see the positive in some things, especially when it is a difficult time or situation. It may even take years to recognize that there really was something good about this or that problem you had so many years ago. We often learn hard lessons from difficult people or times. But, good does come. Oftentimes, people remark they learned so much about themselves, they are stronger, they are wiser, etc.

What will you choose? Will you be negative or positive about a situation?

Do you make the best of it? Do you see the good in it all or only see the negative?

Here are some common terminology that is often used to describe negative and positive people.

What people say about a negative person:

• He is bringing us down
• Such a bummer/Such a downer
• He is so dark
• He sucked the fun right out of that
• So full of fear

What people say about a positive person:

• She is so bright
• How uplifting
• She lightens up the room
• So loving
• She has an air about her

It is interesting to note that the negative is low, dark and dense while the positive is described as light, high and airy. Is it that negative comes from fear and the positive comes from love? I think so.

It really is your perspective of something. I will say it again, you choose. You choose how to react to each an every person, place or situation.

It can become a habit to use only positive, loving words.

Wishing on a Shooting Star and the Law of Attraction

I saw two stars shoot across the sky last night.

It is always fun to see rare heavenly happenings in the night sky. (Yes, I made a few wishes.) I always enjoy the beauty of the Earth around us. Seeing beautiful clouds, rainbows, trees, flowers, sunsets … you name it, I like to admire it in nature. (Well, there are some bugs we can do without).

Then, I started thinking about the occurrence… 

Was it belief in the law of attraction that I saw them?

Was it totally random?

Was it premonition?

You decide. Here’s what happened.

I sat outside visiting with my girlfriend. It is always nice to relax and talk. We were outside most of the evening – long enough to see the stars slowly come into full view. We watched as one by one, the stars became brighter and brighter.

As I sat there staring at the stars, I thought to myself, “I wonder if I will see any shooting stars tonight, since the Earth is traveling through the last of the Perseid meteors area?” Moments after this thought, I saw two shoot across the night sky.

I could not believe it.

I got out of my chair and I laid on her deck. I watched for another 20 minutes hoping to see another pass by, but I only saw the occasional airplane.

So, was that random, law of attraction or premonition? Something to think about, eh?

(My answer – Ask. Believe. Receive. Straight from the law of attraction.)

Either way, the world is awesome if you just look up to appreciate it.

So, Tell Me, Is Life Like Schrodinger’s Cat in a Sealed Box?

To have complete and utter faith that when you open the box (symbolic of “waking up to a new day of your life”) that your ultimate dream life, your ultimate desire, is a reality.

That is manifestation. That is, in my view, applying quantum physics to life.

To have the confidence and the conviction that your dream is so real, it becomes true.

What if it happened the very next day?

Imagine the implications.

If we create our own world by our thoughts … what would you choose? Who would you be? Where would you live? What do you really want to do with your life? What world do you want to live in tomorrow?

So, how does this compare to Schrödinger’s cat? Glad you asked.

The basic precept for Quantum physics is this: what you expect to observe, happens.

It is in line with the teachings of The Secret and The Law of Attraction—what you think about comes about.

We have a choice each day to make decisions to choose to do this or choose to do that. If we choose to think positively about what we want to come true, it does.

What if we chose something really big?

Why not?

The Law of Attraction tells us that we should act as though or think as though what we really want is already here. Really already here … like right now.

The famous example commonly used to explain Quantum theory is Schrödinger’s cat. Erwin Schrödinger devised a thought experiment about a cat. It is basically a coin toss on the cat’s survival. The cat is placed in a sealed box. Inside the box is radioactive material, a bottle of poison and a Geiger counter to detect radioactivity. If one single atom decays, the poison is released which kills the cat. There is a 50-50 chance for the cat to die from the poison or to stay alive. The cat’s life is dependent upon the cat being observed by a conscious being. It becomes their decision. The particles involved are in a state of indecision until they are observed (per what is known, amongst Quantum physics enthusiasts, as the Copenhagen Interpretation).

(Please note: no harm was done to a cat—this is a theoretical example.)

Does this mean that when we wake up (keeping our eyes shut), if we believe with all our heart that our dream came true … will it be there when we open our eyes? It is no different than opening that box to check on the cat, so it should be.

I would think there would have to be absolutely no doubt in our minds for it to work—we need complete faith that we can manifest. Ultimately, controlling the very particles of the thing we have thus far only dreamed of having.

I love when synchronistic things happen for me. In the week I worked on this blog post, I received an email from The Secret Daily Teachings. Perfect timing, I thought.

“Most people can manifest the small things quickly. This is because they do not have any resistance around the small things, and because they don’t think thoughts that contradict them. When it comes to the bigger things, however, people often emit thoughts of doubt or worry that contradict those bigger things. This is the only difference in terms of the time it takes for something to manifest.” ~ Rhonda Byrne

On Fear and Love…

In the middle of writing (well, trying to finish writing one of several already-started blogs), I thought I would peruse some of my friend’s blogs. Much to my happy surprise, I found a beautifully written blog on love and fear. I had to share it with you.

Here is the excerpt from it that I have re-read several times—loving it…

“Through fear we impose a complexity to love that does not exist when love is in its pure, unconditional form. Although love is the highest, purest frequency of energy that exists, it often takes great courage to live in it fully. We, as humans, have complicated our world with fear and all its restraints and conditions. Breaking away from them can make us feel vulnerable, when, in reality, it opens up our inner strengths. It frees our trapped voices. It leads us to our pure, divine, essence.

When we embrace the truth that love is our truth; that love is our divine right to give and receive in pure form, we open ourselves to all of its gifts. Through the family I have created I have learned (and am still learning) this lesson. Love ripples back. It attracts to equal frequency. Pure, unconditional love, frees the soul’s truth. When we get there, we realize there are no constraints. We realize that there is no rejection or pain. We realize that it does not matter that our love cannot always be “returned” to match our frequency, not because we are unlovable, but because a fear exists that may not be our own.

Love, in reality, opens doors, it breaks barriers. When we live in the frequency of love, we free not only ourselves, but raise the collective energy of the world, helping to release the sticky web of fear.”

I Love Random Acts of Kindness

Today I woke up to my radio … and what I heard, I could not believe my ears.

The radio DJ was asking people to call in to thank someone who have offered them a random act of kindness. It was my kind of way to wake up. Many, many people called into the show.

VERY COOL!

Many were overcome with so much gratitude. Many had no idea who these people were who helped them. One gentleman knew that if his helper had not shown up, he would have surely died. Imagine. Was it an angel who helped? Or are humans acting as angels when they offer a random act of kindness?

I thought I died and went to a happy, loving metaphysical Heaven on Earth. It was so refreshing to hear this talk rather than the usual news, sports, etc. banter in the morning.

I really enjoy random acts of kindness. It is the one true way you can offer unconditional love towards another human being. If the opportunity presents itself, I try to do a random act of kindness. Oftentimes, it is something so small and inconsequential, but always brightens someone else’s day.

For example, my favorite random act of kindness is to help someone take their cart back to the store or cart return area in a store parking lot. Easy. Costs nothing. I am already on my way towards the entrance of the store anyway. I always get a smile in return. That’s all you need in return—appreciation.

I still cannot believe that my favorite radio station started my day with showing me that others offer their love unconditionally. It is truly awesome.

One random act of kindness can change a person. It changed all the listeners who called into the radio today. Each person remembered that day with such gratitude.

From that one person, it then spreads out, in a sort of ripple effect, to others… and others… and still more others.

It is nice to feel loved.

Aversion to Negativity in an Awakening

I noticed something. Ever since I started my journey into metaphysics, I have had an aversion to negativity.

Is it because I made a conscious effort to focus only on the positive, I have only wanted to bring positive into my life?

Or… Is it something more?

Ever since I have literally and figuratively seen the Light, I have not wanted to watch fear-based media. I stopped watching the news for one. I do not watch the zombie shows or any other fear-based movies.

I feel better … happier.

Yes, I sort of know what goes on in the world (I read the headlines), but I know that the world is not crumbling quite as much as the news would lead us to think. I rarely see bad things happen.

If I thought the world was like the news all day every day, I would be a recluse and never leave the house.

I actually often think that the sole purpose of the news broadcast is to help others understand what to do in times of dire straits. I know that I have lived each lifetime to learn lessons I chose to learn before incarnating here. Maybe how the fireman saved the little girl from a burning building or how so many people band together to help someone who is lost can help someone learn how to help unconditionally.

The Law of Attraction states that what you put into your life comes into your life. The Secret states that what we focus our attention on is what we have in our lives. What do you want in your life?

Fear or Love?

So many positive things happen in the world each day. Choose to focus on that.
