Choosing Our Next Lifetime and Being Born Again

In one past life that I remembered, I chose who and when to be reborn.

I actually saw the my conception …. and then my birth. It is weird, but somehow I’m okay with it.

This is from my past life memories as Annabelle Rosalina Georges of France in 1795 AD.

After Annabelle died and went into The Light, visited a large group of friends in the greeting room, and received treatment by the healing angels, she decided to check on those left behind via a meditation area located in Heaven.

It is through meditation on the other side that those who have passed over come to visit their loved ones.

Here Annabelle watched over the husband and daughter she left behind. This excerpt is taken from my book, Life Is Just Another Class—One Soul’s Journey Through Past Life Regression…..

I recall that during our argument, I was upset about the horses, but also because of his infidelity. I hear the French words, “Très mal.” I see him in bed with her again. This scene becomes an opportunity for me.

Rosie appears to be fine. I watch her pet the dog for a long while.

I choose my next life as the son of Hubert and his new woman. I saw my conception in that last glimpse of my husband while meditating. I am born as Hubert Georges to be close to Rosie.

I watch myself being born into this world again. Rosie is excited to have a new baby stepbrother. I grow up thin in stature with straight dark brown hair.

On Finding Your Children from a Past Life…

I post again to help my daughter’s quest to find more information on her children she remembered in a past life.

We were recently featured on the TV show Ghost Inside My Child on LMN, a Lifetime network. My daughter had remembered a past life in 1945 where she was killed when a B25 plane crashed into the Empire State Building. Remembering healed away her fear of flying.

Here is what we know of who she used to be in a past life:

Anna Gerlach research that was provided to us by LMN:

Can You Get Lost After Death?

What do you do when somebody dies? What do you do when you have so many around you die? It is not easy. In the last several months, three parents of friends (that I all knew), one baby, one teenager, and someone I considered a sister all passed away.

The hardest part is that even though I know what happens next, it is still hard. Even though I know it is celebration of their return on the other side, it is still hard.

What happens when you die, you ask…

They all recognized that they died. Angels, spirit guides and previously passed over loved ones were right next to each of them, as they have been for all of their lives. Then, a large, loving, golden Light appears to their right. The love just oozes out of this Light. The love just draws you right into it.

Why are insects attracted to a light?

Why are insects attracted to a light?

If you have read any of my blog posts, you know that I have remembered many past lives personally. In fact, I have remembered well over 50 past lives. A few times my spirit guides have said to me that it is really important to go into The Light. The Light is the passageway into Heaven. It is our true nature of our self, our true lives. Earth is the classroom we visit to learn life lessons.

When we forget or do not go into The Light we can get lost. We do not go into The Light for various reasons that can include memory problems before death, feeling unworthy, wanting to stay to watch over loved ones, or if you die a sudden unexpected death you may not realize you died.

I do not (yet) fully understand what it means “to get lost” after death. Maybe we get stuck in a ghostly spiritual sense on the Earth plane where we may forget about the spark of light in our hearts and avoid going into The Light.

When my best friend’s parents both got sick it was hard to watch both of them deteriorate. First her mother died. It was very hard. It is always hard to see someone suffer and die. Interestingly, I saw her spirit in my own living room not long after her death. She told me she was waiting for her husband to come too. I knew inherently that she did not go into The Light. It is hard to explain how I know, but she just seemed heavier, denser somehow than those I have seen who have passed over in through The Light. She felt different.

Nearly one month later, my friend’s dad passed away. It was incredibly hard on my friend. (Listening and being there for her was still not enough to take away her pain.)

A few hours after his death, I sat in my living room in complete disbelief. All of this had transpired so fast. Her parents were both fine just a few months ago.

At that moment, a saw a vision of her dad showing me that he found her mother. He stood to the right of her. He made me aware that he found her so that she would not get lost. I got the impression, that this was part of the reason he felt he needed to go. He showed me how he was firmly grasping her hand to make sure she was safe. The Light, so golden and loving, appeared behind them. As The Light became brighter, they appeared more silhouetted. They turned and looked back to the Earth class and smiled. They turned and looked at each other and smiled more. Then, they looked into The Light and walked into it.

It was the sweetest, most loving thing between two people that I have ever witnessed.

Me, Talking about my Daughter’s Past Life on National TV!!!

What an experience!

Missed it on TV, here is the full episode. Well…. it used to be available. Sadly, now it is not.

It includes two stories. One about my daughter remembering being killed when a B25 bomber crashed into the Empire State Building in 1945. The second, a very interesting story too, about a boy who remembered being in the military and his involvement with the massacre of Native Americans in the U.S.

Watch LMN for Ghost Inside My Child – Season 2 Episode 1 Premiere. Here is the link to LMNs site.

More on the plane crash into the Empire State Building in 1945.

If you read in the comments of this article, viewers are wondering if Anne’s children are still alive. Claire remembered her children as young, around 5-10 years old at the time. She is wondering about them too.

Is there anyone out there that can help us do research? A photo of Anna May Gerlach (born Anna May Silvey circa 1905 in Sag Harbor, NY – parents were Charles and Rose Silvey. Husband deceased – William Gerlach? Can we find out about her two daughters? We only have one name – Joan Mori Gerlach age 11. We would be very appreciative!

Thank you!

My Daughter Shares Her Story on National TV…Children can Heal from Remembering a Past Life

What would you do if your daughter remembered being inside the Empire State Building when a plane crashed into it?There is a plane in the sky...

I listened.
My daughter was remembering a past life.

In preparing for a flight with her for the first time, she was afraid to fly.

So, one evening, using the information I have learned over the years (that kids can spontaneously remember a past life, just by asking them an open-ended question)

I asked her, “What do you think will happen if you fly in a plane?”

She responded with a story of plane crashing into a building in New York City…. I immediately thought of 9-11. I was pregnant with her at the time of that happening.

I am so grateful that I was open to learn about past lives and for all the past life work I have done for me and for others. My learning allowed for her to remember in a safe, open, and loving environment.

We heal for the life we live now. She flew on an airplane a few weeks later.

Life is full of surprises….

A few months ago, I was contacted (via my website and this blog) by the producer of Ghost Inside My Child, a TV show that tells the stories of children who remember a past life.

We are going to be on national television!!!!

See the whole story (in the USA) on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 9pm EST on LMN, a Lifetime channel (or via online after it airs). It is Season Two, Episode One, the premiere episode for this season’s Ghost Inside My Child.

Being interviewed for the TV show

We’re SOOOOOO excited!!!

To Love Yourself…

Love.Heart in Hand-LOVE Thyself

Love thyself.

Love myself first.

I love me.

Look in the mirror. Can you say, “I love you” to yourself?

Seriously. Look in the mirror and try it. Don’t be shy. Say it like you mean it.

It took me a long time too. If you practice it enough, it becomes easier. You get more confident. You like yourself more.

You love yourself.

As women, we are taught to give, give, give and to constantly take care of others. It was hard for me to stop living that way. (Like it was a bad habit, it was hard to break.) When you give, you should be able to receive. I was always being told to be open to receive, especially by my open-minded and psychic friends. (Love you all.)

When we receive, we allow others to feel the joy of giving.

Last summer, I started using the mantra: I am open to receive.

When we receive, we allow others to feel the joy of giving.

Now that the summer solstice is upon us, I know it has been a year that I have consciously practiced receiving… and by doing so loving me.

It is really about loving yourself first. I know, it sounds selfish… but it truly is not. When you love yourself, then it will become easy for others to love you too.

You see, by being open to receive is just another way of being open to receiving love.

Yes, love for you … for your own self. Everyone wants that.

Children Can Easily See Angels … more Proof

Today I was going through my daughter’s old drawings and came across one that caught my attention. A lot. I had to share.

My daughters loving spirit

She had drawn an angel and told me that, this was her “Loving spirit (one of 12 or 13) that came to her to make her feel better and filled her heart with LOVE.”

I am so glad I wrote it down as she told me.

Kids say the most interesting things. My daughter certainly did then and still amazes me today. (I love you darling.)

At this point in my life I was not in touch with how angels and spirit guides are always here for us. I am sure I wrote it thinking, “Aw, that’s sweet.” And then did not think about it again. As I read it now, I am sure she was seeing an angel. She drew this when she was only four years old.

You can see for yourself that her drawing has angel wings and a halo of light around a heart above the crown chakra. It looks like they may be singing too.

I showed it to my daughter again. She said, “Look, see they even have a third eye too.”

WOW. She was four and could not only see this, but knew that they filled her heart with love. The amazing part is that this angel was only one of the 12 or 13 that came to her… for her.

Kids are soooo connected with Heaven, that angels, spirit guides and passed over loved ones are easily seen and can be talked to by children.

I obviously dismissed this experience as just an interesting drawing with an interesting description at that time in my life. I had been living for many years without much faith in anything and I know at this point in my life I was just beginning to understand that there is so much more. I now know that we are so incredibly loved by our angels, spirit guides and passed over loved ones it is incomprehensible.

PLEASE remember that all babies and children are so close to having just been in Heaven that seeing angels and being able to talk to them is so easy for them. Please, please, please support them and acknowledge this true God-given ability they all (we all) have so that it stays with them throughout their life. How wonderful to feel supported everyday and to know it.

I know I will be reviewing both my children’s drawings to see what other treasures I can find.

In the meantime, my daughter remembers this experience and offered to redraw this angel. I will post it when she does.

Love to you all,

xoxox

How Can I Help my Child Understand Metaphysics?

Guest blog post by Kim Aluise, Intuitive

Growing up Positively

Growing up Positively

Many people, once they have begun to understand the metaphysical ideal, ask this question. I think it first helps to understand the meaning of metaphysics, and being metaphysical. This can be difficult, because it is often not defined well. If you do a search right now, you will find more than one definition. To the best of my ability, I would define it as a philosophy, where one would seek to know and understand the hows and the whys of the human existence. I think at the core, it is of importance for anyone, whether metaphysically minded, or not, to understand “We are not human beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a human experience.” Pierre Teilhard de Chardin

I use this quote often and certainly with all of my clients.

Small children are born, like all of us, with this knowledge. If you have young children under the age of 7, the concept of where we came from is easy for them to grasp. They, unlike adults, remember and welcome talk of all things metaphysical. Never push a child with questions and answers, just speak very matter of fact. When they talk of “imaginary” friends, inquire about them, acknowledge how wonderful it is that a friend has come to enjoy in their day with them. Encourage them to be the human that they intended to be when they came here. It is often far too easy to “keep up with the Joneses and worry that your child is not “like the other kids”. As a parent, you are to offer guidance, but never push against the inner wisdom and knowledge of the age-old spirit that resides in that tiny body. Those little humans are spirits as old as the beginning of time, and they will happily co-exist with you in your joy.

As for older children, the pre-teens, and teens that have not been raised in the metaphysical ways of thinking, you will likely need a bit of a different approach. Some humans are just naturally more in tune with the spirit world in which we came from, and will go back to one day. Others, for their own spiritual reasons, are more disconnected from it. It’s important to lead by example. Speak kindly, and be open to non-judgmental conversations. While all the years of our human experience can have challenges, the teen years can be the most difficult in my opinion. They are a time when we feel we have no control, and we must answer to others for everything. Show your teen, or pre-teen that you acknowledge the unique, loving, wonderful spirit that they are.

No matter the age of your child, express to them what we in the metaphysical world know to be true. The spirit world is not counting your success by the number of years you live, the grades you get in school, or the objects you own, but by the joy that you have in this lifetime. That is it, just the joy. If you have joy, then all good things will come to you.

Children Can Heal from Remembering a Past Life Too

My daughter was 3, going on 4 years of age at the time I found the book, Children’s Past Lives by Carol Bowman many years ago.At the top of the hill

At this time in her life, she was very insistent upon being called ‘Baby’ instead of her given name. She also said she had no intentions of turning 4 years old and wanted to stay 3 to the point of tears, especially if there was any discussion on either subject. From a parent’s perspective, it was very confusing and as a 3-year-old, she could not explain why.

Following Carol’s advice, I simply asked my daughter what she thought would happen if she turned 4. She went into a very elaborate story (for a 3 year-old) talking about a friend of hers who lived up on a hill. She was laughing so hard remembering and retelling this, it was uncanny.

Then she got very serious and a little nervous. She spoke about walking in the woods and falling on a slippery rock. As she spoke, she started touching her head (where she had two small round strawberry birthmarks for the first few months of her life) and said she was hit with a ‘mean rock’ on her head. She was very emotional about the whole thing.

What was interesting and enlightening, is that a few days later, she was fine with turning 4 years old and decided she was fine not being called ‘Baby’ anymore. I could not believe it. She had been very adamant about not growing up and being called ‘Baby’ for as long as she was 3. It was quite a noticeable change in her. I truly believe she remembered a past life or two and they definitely made a change in her life, albeit a small one, but meaningful. It still amazes me when I think of this day. We were just standing there in the kitchen chatting, like it was a normal everyday conversation… then healing happens.

When she talked about a mean rock hitting her in the head, I immediately thought she was talking about being shot. It was the motion and the way she described it that made me think this way. The two strawberry birthmarks on the top of her head (that she had for a few months) looked like small bullet holes. Interestingly, she has a birthmark on the back of her head that almost looks like an exit wound from a bullet. It is still there though, now hidden by her hair.

How Children Can Inspire Us to Learn Metaphysics

In the past life classes I teach and in the radio interviews I have done, I always talk about my daughter. She is the one who inspired me to learn about metaphysics in the first place. (Thank you, sweetheart.) While she was the one who instigated this learning and healing that I have gone through since starting to learn and heal from past life regression, she also has healed through remembering a past life too.'The Great Love' by Robert Indiana

Here is the story of how it began for me…

After nursing my daughter and laying her in bed late one night, I awoke to see her being held by a man dressed in robes while holding her sweetly. He was swaying softly and looking down at her lovingly. I looked away and back and then he was gone. (For more on this story, here is the link.) I immediately checked on my daughter, who was sleeping just as I had left her. I thought it was very cool and I was actually excited about having seen a ghost, but a little freaked out that they were holding my baby.

The next morning, I called the local psychic that often spoke on our local radio station’s morning show.

A few weeks later, my sister and I went to see Mr. Charles, the local psychic. Of course, I brought my daughter since I was nursing her… she went everywhere with me. My sister watched her in his waiting room while I talked to the psychic.

I nervously walked in to see him. Mr. Charles said that my daughter has a very strong third eye and that I needed to learn about these things to help her in life. The alternative would not be good he said, shaking his head. In my mind, I am fretting and thinking, “What the @#$ is a third eye?” while he talks on about the possibilities of who may have been holding her, most likely her spirit guide.

As he talked, Mr. Charles looked to his left and then to his right thanking spirits for giving him the information. I see nothing standing there. I have to be honest, I was definitely a little skeptical at this point in my life. I am sure he could tell I felt this way. I listen to all he says anyway, trying to understand and be open-minded.

Once home, the first thing I do is to look up the meaning of the third eye and still do not understand. I find some books on being psychic and get a little scared at what I read. It was all too much for me at the time.

Over the next few years, I looked at a book here or there to try again. Nothing seemed to resonate. A few years later, I found a book called Children’s Past Lives by Carol Bowman in a metaphysical bookstore. As soon as I saw this book, I thought, “Oh, it is about children… I need to learn for my daughter…maybe this will help me understand something more on metaphysics.” I had no idea that this book would inspire me to learn more and more and then more.

Remembering Childhood Memories Through a Favorite Toy: A Cosmic Retrograde Challenge

Sometimes problems are hard to solve.

Sometimes problems become unsolvable.

I used to think the pyramid cube and Rubix cube were unsolvable. pyramid cube

Linda of the Litebeing Chronicles asked me to be part of her cosmic retrograde challenge. The challenge was to pull out an old object from long ago and just let it be near you for a few weeks. At the end of that time, we could write about what came up for us–whatever that may be.

I chose my pyramid cube. I had this toy since… um … a long time.

This challenge made me think about many childhood things around toys, playing games, having fun and more.

This particular toy was fun for me. I love to solve puzzles of all kinds. It is not nearly as hard as the famous Rubix cube, but still a similar challenge.

The first thing I learned is that sometimes things have to be a little chaotic before order can happen.

This particular toy has a red, blue, green and a gold side. Four sides do not seem like a lot until you have it messed up. The first side is easy to solve. Two sides, not too bad, but once you start on the last two sides; you have to learn to mess up [ahem … the chaos] the first two sides in order to finish it.

It made me think of the Rubix cube. I had that too. (Mine came from sending in Chex cereal box tops.) I did however have a step-by-step book on solving the Rubix cube. Thank goodness, my mother found it. I could only solve three sides before I had the book. It took me many hours of many days that summer, but I solved that thing … just once. I was satisfied with that.

It was then I learned determination. I did not give up.

The pyramid cube also brought back memories of when I was going to the hospital for surgery. I twisted and turned the toy repeatedly, messing it up and solving it. I played it as they wheeled me back to the operating room. I remember my nervous parents standing there and me handing the toy to my dad while challenging him to solve it just before going in to surgery.

I remember learning then that having a positive attitude could help you through tough times.

I remember reading that having a positive attitude can help the outcome of surgery. I sailed through surgery. I remember hearing the doctors say that they were surprised that I did not have any of the bruising that normally occurred. When I heard this, I knew it was my positive attitude that helped me through it all. It was not their skill, nor anything else, I had no doubt it was the positive attitude that did it.

I had forgotten just how long I had this attitude. It also made me remember that I lost my positive thinking attitude for a long time once, but now I have it back. It is hard to keep that attitude through everything that happens in life, but it does seem to make life a whole lot easier.

All this introspection … just from old memories … all from an old toy. It was as simple as setting an old toy on the shelf in my office at work.

One of these days, I will have to mess it up and see how fast I can solve it.  (That will be a fun 5 minutes or less.)

Next up for the challenge on November 13 – Sindy

Thanks Linda for designing this challenge and helping conjure up these memories.

Do You Love Pasta?

My daughter does.

Loving my pasta.

She dared me to write “Pasta” repeatedly in a blog post.

I took her dare.

Which reminds me of a photo I took one day when my daughter was getting ready to eat pasta. She poured a lot of Parmesan cheese on her pasta and a large clump came out shaped like a heart. That was a cool day. We both do love pasta.

Pasta. Pasta. Pasta. Pasta pasta pasta pasta, pasta pasta pasta. Pasta? Pasta, pasta. Pasta. Pasta. Pasta pasta. Pasta. Pasta pasta, pasta pasta pasta. Pasta? Pasta, pasta. Pasta pasta. Pasta. Pasta. Pasta. Pasta pasta, pasta pasta pasta pasta. Pasta? Pasta, pasta. Pasta. Pasta. Pasta pasta. Pasta. Pasta pasta, pasta pasta pasta. Pasta? Pasta, pasta. Better view of love in my pasta

Enjoy your pasta today!

My daughter said this “sort of” counts as completing the dare. Ah, well.

When Someone Dies Before You … Heaven’s Perspective

It is always hard to see someone you love pass over.

I can only offer you what I have personally experienced through my work with past lives….

First of all, please know that they are able to come here and visit with you anytime you think of them. Those who have passed over receive a feeling in their heart that they are being thought of by someone here and come to visit. Anytime. I have been shown how this works from their (those who have passed over) perspective and it is nearly instantaneous.

Everyone reincarnates with a soul group. For example, I have had many past lives with my daughter and my son. My daughter was my mother once. And once I remembered being reborn as her brother, so no doubt you have been in their life before in some way and will again in the future.

(Please know that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. When we pass over, we remember this very quickly.)

Always with you.

You are probably great friends up there and will always be. You agreed to come into this lifetime together.

In my book, I include 16 past lifetimes. After each of them, I was able to walk into the light which is made of unconditional love. Once I walk in, those who have passed before me from that particular lifetime, as well as my spirit guides, immediately greet me. Those closest to me are always in the front and center as I walk into this greeting room.

In one lifetime, I was a mother who left behind a small child. After I walked into the light, I was able to come back down here to Earth and watch over my child as his spirit guide. (It was my first attempt at doing work as a guide.)

Those who pass over before us do not forget about you. They will be there for you, always. They may have already tried to show you signs that they visit. When you think they are around, they probably are … talk to them, they can hear you.

One of my main life lessons, now and in many of my past lives too, is that: those who love us are there for us in life as well as after death.

Use Only Positive Words

A month ago, my daughter had a large group of young tween girlfriends at our house for a sleepover. I left them to chat and run around and have fun.

Many of them had cell phones and someone sent a not-so-nice text … by accident.

There were a lot of young girls crying and whispering. After I realized what happened, I calmly had all the girls sit down in a circle.

I talked to them about how every word a person says sticks to them, the wall, the room, etc. It was very important that they only use positive words. They had questions and related stories.

Then I proceeded to talk to them about how to say positive statements. I had each of them take a turn to say a positive something … a few different times.

Our chat lasted for nearly 2 hours. They sat and listened.

I never know what kids will hear and absorb, but I do know I must have made an impact on a few of them. Just the other day, I overheard one of my daughter’s friends say, “Hey, use positive words!”

I am so proud.

I will open my mouth only when loving words come out
