Healing Changes in Life

I cannot believe it has been over a year since I have posted a blog. OH DEAR.

But I do know why. I have been undertaking A LOT of changes in my life. I have been metamorphosing.

I have removed myself from a detrimental relationship, moved twice and was in a serious car accident (from which I am still healing). Now, I am in a new home that I love with my two most favorite people, my children. I am working at a job where I can use my skills (and keeps me very busy). I have seriously honed my psychic skills (OMG cool! If you are interested in knowing more, I have updated the Intuitive Healing section of this blog. I seriously LOVE my psychic friends.) And I am making time to paint what I see on the other side. (Here is my recent painting of what The Light looks like to me after death. The Light is way more sparkly, but this is close.) I am especially loving the time I get to teach metaphysics and heal others through past life regression and soul retrieval. I sit here typing as part of my therapy to recover from the serious concussion I have from the car accident.

Life IS getting better every day.

Why Are We Here … Again? 16 of My Past Lives to Help Understand

Why are we here … again?

We chose if and when to go into a new life.

We chose this life, our bodies, the people in our lives, and what to experience.

We chose our lessons for this class we call LIFE.

Through free will, we are completely responsible for our life.

Take a breath. It’s okay. You are not alone.

We are all in this together and we have help. Our angels, spirit guides, and passed over loved ones are always here for us – we have just forgotten that we can ask for their help.

I did not always believe this. As a young adult, I lost my faith in God and religion altogether. Only through working with my past lives did I discover a much deeper sense of faith in God, angels, and spirit guides.

Life Is Just Another Class—One Soul's Journey Through Past Life Regression

Life Is Just Another Class—One Soul’s Journey Through Past Life Regression

Do not be surprised if a few of my lifetime tragedies strike a chord within your being as you remember, in some deep way, how you had a similar experience in one of your own past lives. I chose to remember the lifetimes that would heal me from asthma. In doing so, I remembered some very harsh past lives.

Aside from healing physically from asthma, I healed many old emotional wounds and awoke spiritually.

Heaven is so close to you after you remember a past life death that nearly anyone can experience what it feels like to die and see The Light.

Here are a few of the many things that can be related to a past life:

  • Birthmarks
  • Phobias and fears
  • Relationships
  • Talents
  • Health issues
  • Love or avoidance of certain objects, people, places, or things

Remember, your real life is in Heaven: Earth is just a classroom.

Your LIFE is just another class.

LIFE Is Just Another Class – One Soul’s Journey Through Past Life Regression

I COULD NOT IMAGINE THE DAY.

MY BOOK IS FINALLY READY TO ORDER ON AMAZON!!!

After three+ years of the emotional work in remembering past lives (with all their intricacies) and writing down all that I could (in a coherent way)

Then …

working on building a platform online …

deciding to self-publish after working towards finding a publisher …

realizing that it is a boatload of work to get it self-published … and did it anyway (with some awesome help)

I approved it this morning on Amazon and figured it would take the 3-5 days like the site stated. I could not believe it took only an hour!

I am so excited!!!!!

Now, if I could just figure out the Kindle version set up. It is close… so close.

Me, Talking about my Daughter’s Past Life on National TV!!!

What an experience!

Missed it on TV, here is the full episode. Well…. it used to be available. Sadly, now it is not.

It includes two stories. One about my daughter remembering being killed when a B25 bomber crashed into the Empire State Building in 1945. The second, a very interesting story too, about a boy who remembered being in the military and his involvement with the massacre of Native Americans in the U.S.

Watch LMN for Ghost Inside My Child – Season 2 Episode 1 Premiere. Here is the link to LMNs site.

More on the plane crash into the Empire State Building in 1945.

If you read in the comments of this article, viewers are wondering if Anne’s children are still alive. Claire remembered her children as young, around 5-10 years old at the time. She is wondering about them too.

Is there anyone out there that can help us do research? A photo of Anna May Gerlach (born Anna May Silvey circa 1905 in Sag Harbor, NY – parents were Charles and Rose Silvey. Husband deceased – William Gerlach? Can we find out about her two daughters? We only have one name – Joan Mori Gerlach age 11. We would be very appreciative!

Thank you!

Angels can Visit Anytime, Any Day… so Much Love

The other morning, I wanted a cup of tea. When I took the time to get it, the experience was so much more.

Here is what happened:

I walk into the kitchen at work to grab a random coffee cup.Archangel Raphael

When I open the cupboard, I see one that has the angel Raphael on it. It was right in front, almost pushed to the edge, like it was waiting for me. I never saw this coffee cup in the kitchen before and felt it was a message to help remind me that angels are always around us.

I poured the hot water from the water cooler and walked back to my desk. I sat down at my desk thinking, “Nice, I have an angel with me.”

The sun is shining through my office window.

Just then, a small white feather floats in front of me, right in front of my computer screen. I reached out to it, as I truly believe feathers are a sign of an angel visit, plus I wanted to keep it as a reminder of this experience.

I could not catch it.  It disappeared and went away.

It is these small things in our life that bring us happiness. I was very happy for the reminder that angels are always there for us.

I have no doubt that it was an angel visiting me. This was five minutes of my day. Five minutes that I knew without a doubt that angels were with me.

We are loved more than we know.

Children Can Easily See Angels … more Proof

Today I was going through my daughter’s old drawings and came across one that caught my attention. A lot. I had to share.

My daughters loving spirit

She had drawn an angel and told me that, this was her “Loving spirit (one of 12 or 13) that came to her to make her feel better and filled her heart with LOVE.”

I am so glad I wrote it down as she told me.

Kids say the most interesting things. My daughter certainly did then and still amazes me today. (I love you darling.)

At this point in my life I was not in touch with how angels and spirit guides are always here for us. I am sure I wrote it thinking, “Aw, that’s sweet.” And then did not think about it again. As I read it now, I am sure she was seeing an angel. She drew this when she was only four years old.

You can see for yourself that her drawing has angel wings and a halo of light around a heart above the crown chakra. It looks like they may be singing too.

I showed it to my daughter again. She said, “Look, see they even have a third eye too.”

WOW. She was four and could not only see this, but knew that they filled her heart with love. The amazing part is that this angel was only one of the 12 or 13 that came to her… for her.

Kids are soooo connected with Heaven, that angels, spirit guides and passed over loved ones are easily seen and can be talked to by children.

I obviously dismissed this experience as just an interesting drawing with an interesting description at that time in my life. I had been living for many years without much faith in anything and I know at this point in my life I was just beginning to understand that there is so much more. I now know that we are so incredibly loved by our angels, spirit guides and passed over loved ones it is incomprehensible.

PLEASE remember that all babies and children are so close to having just been in Heaven that seeing angels and being able to talk to them is so easy for them. Please, please, please support them and acknowledge this true God-given ability they all (we all) have so that it stays with them throughout their life. How wonderful to feel supported everyday and to know it.

I know I will be reviewing both my children’s drawings to see what other treasures I can find.

In the meantime, my daughter remembers this experience and offered to redraw this angel. I will post it when she does.

Love to you all,

xoxox

What Happens AFTER Death?

As I mentioned in my last post, I have seen my death in a past life around 20+ times out of the approximately 50 past lives I have remembered. The Light

It is always the same pattern of events:

When I die, I realize I am dead and look down at my body (sometimes in disbelief) as

I am always above it.

I hover around and check out the surroundings, often seeing a higher perspective of the death scene.

Sometimes I go check on my loved ones I have left behind. (I am a ghost at this point so as I think of where I want to go, I am there.)

I see and talk to one of my spirit guides who has been watching over me my whole life.

All the while, there is a large opening of golden, glistening, bright energy on my right with a very warm, loving, inviting entrance.

It feels like LOVE.

I step up slightly and walk into The Light.

It is a short tunnel.

As I walk into The Light, if I look at the lifetime scene I am leaving, it fades away as the entrance to Heaven becomes clearer.

I enter the Greeting Room where most of my spirit guides are again waiting for me, as well as any passed over loved ones and many others. Sometimes animals are there too.

Then, only after greeting each and every person who came to see me arrive at Heaven, I go through a door on the left into a Healing Room. There, I am greeted by tall angels who shower me with healing LOVE. Afterwards, I sometimes rest on a bed with chakra colored blankets.

Once I am deemed healed, I walk down a long tunnel into Heaven. There is a light at the end of this tunnel. I walk out into a beautiful garden area with a large fountain. There are many buildings too.

Once here, I am able to be alerted when someone is thinking of me down on Earth and … since there is no time … I can watch over and visit them anytime.

Merry Christmas!!

Merry Christmas!

I hope you enjoy all the merriment of the day!

May all your angels be with you today.

Merry Christmas!

12 Days of Christmas~Light

The Light as a way to spread and feel love is often overlooked. I am truly grateful for all the ways that the light shines in my life.

a beautiful sunrise

You see the sun shine down on the snow causing it to glisten. You smile. It feels good. It feels warm. Thank you sun.

The lights on a Christmas tree are one of the most important features of the tree. When the lights are finally turned on, you know that this is when the tree is done being decorated. In fact, there are celebrations held in large cities called ‘Light up night’. It is a feel-good time for all who attend. They celebrate the turning on of their Christmas tree and lights in the city.

My favorite light is the The Light that can be seen when when you get the honor to re-experience seeing what happens after death. This can be done through a near death experience or by participating in a past life regression. Seeing and feeling this light is so incredibly loving and wonderful, we just do not have the words to describe it properly. It oozes love. It glitters gold. Sigh. Just wonderful.

The colloquialism of saying, “I’ve seen the light.” has so many meanings to it. It could mean, you really understand something. It could mean you have grasped a new way of thinking. Some refer to this when they have awakened and recognized that there is sooooo much more to our lives than we are aware. It normally is said when there is a  major shift in how you think about or do something.

(The topic of light has so much to it for me. I could go on and on here.) Rainbow Christmas Tree

My hands down absolute favorite thing to do with Christmas lights is to look at them through glasses that allow the lights to turn into sharply defined rainbows of color. It is truly amazing that one little white light can break apart into so many beautiful colors. And these colors are all vibrating at a different wave length with healing properties affecting the chakras that are housed within us all. (Shown here is my Christmas tree as viewed through these glasses. We do not see all that there is with our eyes.)

You can only turn on the light switch. There is no dark switch.

Thank you Sindy for inviting me to join in pondering postings this time of year.

What Makes You Happy?

What makes you, yes you, happy?

Really happy?

You don’t know?

Make a written or mental list over the next few weeks on what you are doing when you smile.

You will start to see a pattern.

Maybe it is something you have not done in a long time and you think of it (for example, painting or drawing) and just the thought makes you smile.

Seeing a sunrise or a sunset always makes me smile.

Write it down.

Pretty soon you have a long list of things that make you happy. Start to do more of them. Pretty soon, you are happy all day.

Isn’t that what you want in life anyway … to be happy?

The absolutely cool part about knowing what makes you happy is that once you find your happiness, you fine your passion. Once you find your passion, abundance comes naturally.

What made you smile today?

Healing Angels Await Us in Heaven

In my experience with visiting Heaven through past life regression, there is definitely a healing room.

Some people refer to this healing area as the healing center or hospital in Heaven.

Through the light and into Heaven

I only know what I saw repeatedly. During several different past life regressions, I often saw my death and was able to enter into the light then. Once I walked into the light, I entered the greeting room area. Here many loved ones say hello and welcome me back into Heaven.

After each person there was recognized (hugged, kissed, given a handshake, etc.), and visited it was time for me to enter the healing room.

Angels await us there. They are taller than me and very loving.

I stood in the room and allowed them to lay their hands on my head. Through their hands, energy would pour down through me … it feels like super wonderful deep reiki love. It feels wonderful, even as I re-remember the experience.

I am not sure of how long this healing time lasts.

Sometimes I am able to talk with the angels … to ask questions too. They told me that the healing energy they used was love in its purest form.

Sometimes I am able to see that I then rest in a bed. I am tucked in with specially colored (based on chakras that needed healing) blankets.

After I am through, I enter into the rest of Heaven.

It is a very cool experience each time. I feel blessed to be able to see it.

Do You Have a Favorite Past Life?

I was asked this question recently by a new blogger friend… Thank you DreamBlogger for asking.

I have remembered nearly 50 of my past lives, some in more detail than others.Walking the path to learning

To pick a favorite…. hmm.

I have healed more with some, so they have a special place in my heart.

I have really enjoyed remembering others.

They all have their good and harsh (usually the death) moments.

My favorite ones have been as women. Maybe it is because I can relate as a woman or simply coincidence.

Here are a few basics of my favorites:

I was Helen in New York City having the best day ever dancing at a speakeasy club in 1927. That was a lot of fun to remember. I felt like I was dancing.

I was also Annabelle in France living a very upscale life while enjoying listening to a harpsichord in 1795. The beautiful music brought tears to my eyes.

But, my absolute favorite was as Aleena. She was a metaphysical teacher … her whole life revolved around love. (Plus, I had a very hot boyfriend. lol.)

My absolute favorite part of all of my past life regressions was the opportunity to see the light, to walk into Heaven to visit my spirit guides and angels. There are no words to describe the love you feel at that moment.

I have more on each of lifetimes and how they helped heal my life now in my book, Life Is Just Another Class — One Soul’s Journey Through Past Life Regression. I am currently making some final touches to the manuscript. I offer a Free Chapter to read before it is published.

“Love Is Like Sunshine,” Agrees Ram Dass

Yesterday I posted a poem I wrote about the sun equating to love … later in the day I “found”  the website for Ram Dass and read one of his recent postings. (With synchronicity, do you really just “find” anything!)

He spoke on unconditional love and how it feels, going on to say, “This love is like sunshine, a natural force, a completion of what is, a bliss that permeates every particle of existence.”

The Light of the Sun

I had to giggle to myself, I think of the sun as the same love as I felt when I have seen and walked into The Light. If you ever get the chance to see the The Light (and please do not try the near death route on purpose) through a past life regression, you will understand and relate to every word I say. It is love, oozing and shining all over and through your whole being.

Life is a whole lot more fun when you see others so cool like Ram Dass writing the sames things. For him, the sun baths us in its sunshine much the same way you can be bathed in someone else’s unconditional love.

Excerpt from Be Love Now by Ram Dass

“Imagine feeling more love from someone than you have ever known. You’re being loved even more than your mother loved you when you were an infant, more than you were ever loved by your father, your child, or your most intimate lover—anyone. This lover doesn’t need anything from you, isn’t looking for personal gratification, and only wants your complete fulfillment.

You are loved just for being who you are, just for existing. You don’t have to do anything to earn it. Your shortcomings, your lack of self-esteem, physical perfection, or social and economic success— none of that matters. No one can take this love away from you, and it will always be here.

Ram Dass

Ram Dass

Imagine that being in this love is like relaxing endlessly into a warm bath that surrounds and supports your every movement, so that every thought and feeling is permeated by it. You feel as though you are dissolving into love.

This love is actually part of you; it is always flowing through you. It’s like the subatomic texture of the universe, the dark matter that connects everything. When you tune in to that flow, you will feel it in your own heart—not your physical heart or your emotional heart, but your spiritual heart, the place you point to in your chest when you say, “I am.”

This is your deeper heart, your intuitive heart. It is the place where the higher mind, pure awareness, the subtler emotions, and your soul identity all come together and you connect to the universe, where presence and love are.

Unconditional love really exists in each of us. It is part of our deep inner being. It is not so much an active emotion as a state of being. It’s not “I love you” for this or that reason, not “I love you if you love me.” It’s love for no reason, love without an object. It’s just sitting in love, a love that incorporates the chair and the room and permeates everything around. The thinking mind is extinguished in love.”

In the meantime, I have added his new book to my personal “Books To Read” list.

The Light of the Sun

I am feeling a little poetic today…

The sun is always there rising and setting each day.

It is always there, every day.

The Light of the Sun

Coming up each morning.

Setting each night.

Consistently.

Stable.

The sun reminds me of The Light.

It is loving and nice.

Shining down on all of us.

Shining its love down on us all.

The Light is love.

Pure unconditional love.
