Seeing the Number 5, 55 or 555? Be Ready for Some Changes in Your Life…

CHANGE.

Some people thrive on change. Some try to avoid it.

I recall a quote: The only thing that is constant in life is change.

That is the truth.

So… have you been seeing the number 5? 55? 555? Expect some changes in your life. When I was about to make some major changes in my life, I saw 555 a lot. On the clock… in a random phone number… on a receipt… whew.

555 is changeWhen I first started seeing repeating numbers years ago, I thought I was going a little crazy. But now, I know that seeing numbers are signs that confirm how connected we are to the angels and our spirit guides. These physical messages from beyond have become a welcome ‘coincidence’ or ‘synchronicity’ in my life.

So what does seeing 5’s mean?

According to Doreen Virtue’s book, Angel Numbers 101…

5 means: “A significant change is occurring, always for the better. It’s a good idea to call upon Heaven for help with life changes.

55 means: “This is a period of ‘out with the old, in with the new.’ Welcome these changes, as they bring about new blessings.”

555 means: “Huge changes are rumbling throughout your entire life. To keep these changes on the highest possible course, be sure to keep your thoughts positive, and stay centered in prayer and affirmations.”

Another important thing to do, is to pay attention to what you are thinking about (or doing) at the time you see the 5’s. This will help you know understand the message more – plus it may give you insight on what the focus of your change may be.

Remember, change can be a good, healthy, welcoming thing.

Going Deep within the Earth

For the love of caving!

I went spelunking the other day for 3 hours (just not long enough!) In the Laural Caverns cave, we traveled 41 stories below ground level. Climbing and crawling, getting dirty and wet.

It had just rained the previous night, so a gentle stream guided our way down into the belly of the Earth. Sometimes you could hear the trickle of the stream, sometimes it was so quiet you forgot it was there.

I felt like someone from the movie, Journey to the Center of the Earth.

Okay, well … maybe not anywhere near the same as the movie. But, this is a close as I will probably ever get. I certainly would not mind Brendan Fraser coming along with me. Sigh. He is such a cutie.

There were a few small waterfalls. It is kind of hard to see… but here is one of them.

.Laural Caverns waterfall

What a fabulous time! I want to go again already!

There is no comparison to the feeling of being sooo deep within the Earth. It was like being one with the Earth.

Peaceful.

Serene.

Tranquil.

One guest on the tour was getting visibly nervous as we started our tour. In fact, she only got 15 minutes into the trip. She said she was claustrophobic. I wonder, where does that fear stem … from some deep hidden past life possibly? I have yet to meet someone who can pinpoint their claustrophobia to a point in their current life. I felt bad for her as she turned around to go back.

Quartz sand lined the floor of this particular cave. It was so soft and smooth. The guide said that the minerals found in the cave were quartz, limestone and calcium. There must have been iron in the dirt as well, since it was tinted red. When I came out of the cave, I was covered in the reddish dirt.

Quartz Sand in Hand

After an hour of hiking over large boulders (I would not have wanted to be there when they fell from the ceiling of the cave!), we shut off our lights for a about 10 minutes.

It was very dark.

The purpose was beyond seeing how dark it can be without the sun, it was to have us use our touch, feel, and other senses to climb around an immense boulder. Everyone was bumping into one another, but laughing, it was a good time. What a great idea from a great guide!

There were names etched with the heat of old lamps used to walk through this cave. Some dates were from well over 100 years ago. Kindred spirits who love a good adventure I am sure!

I just wish that he allowed some time to just “be” in the cave. We were always moving along. Next time…

Caving - what a fabulous time

Is Time Warped?

Is time warped while participating in a past life regression?

It is well known that Albert Einstein stated that time is relative. He also said, “… for us physicists believe the separation between past, present, and future is only an illusion, although a convincing one.”

I believe him.

Think about it.

A tree, warped over time, not far down the road from my house.

When you have to wait five more minutes until something exciting is going to happen, it seems like hours.

When something bad happens, it is almost as if time goes in slow motion.

When talking to good friends, hours can go by in a matter of moments.

When we were kids, summer vacation from school went by so fast, but the school year seemed to drag on and on and on … and on.

Time certainly seems relative.

It is blatantly obvious that time is truly relative, especially while I am or someone else is participating in a regression. Time warps in both directions, actually. It can feel as though only five minutes had passed or five hours when in fact only two hours of time marched onward.

This article, Albert Einstein and the Fabric of Time, has an excellent overview of Einstein’s Relativity theory and Feynman’s Sum over Histories theory. Both two very interesting theories.

So, Tell Me, Is Life Like Schrodinger’s Cat in a Sealed Box?

To have complete and utter faith that when you open the box (symbolic of “waking up to a new day of your life”) that your ultimate dream life, your ultimate desire, is a reality.

That is manifestation. That is, in my view, applying quantum physics to life.

To have the confidence and the conviction that your dream is so real, it becomes true.

What if it happened the very next day?

Imagine the implications.

If we create our own world by our thoughts … what would you choose? Who would you be? Where would you live? What do you really want to do with your life? What world do you want to live in tomorrow?

So, how does this compare to Schrödinger’s cat? Glad you asked.

The basic precept for Quantum physics is this: what you expect to observe, happens.

It is in line with the teachings of The Secret and The Law of Attraction—what you think about comes about.

We have a choice each day to make decisions to choose to do this or choose to do that. If we choose to think positively about what we want to come true, it does.

What if we chose something really big?

Why not?

The Law of Attraction tells us that we should act as though or think as though what we really want is already here. Really already here … like right now.

The famous example commonly used to explain Quantum theory is Schrödinger’s cat. Erwin Schrödinger devised a thought experiment about a cat. It is basically a coin toss on the cat’s survival. The cat is placed in a sealed box. Inside the box is radioactive material, a bottle of poison and a Geiger counter to detect radioactivity. If one single atom decays, the poison is released which kills the cat. There is a 50-50 chance for the cat to die from the poison or to stay alive. The cat’s life is dependent upon the cat being observed by a conscious being. It becomes their decision. The particles involved are in a state of indecision until they are observed (per what is known, amongst Quantum physics enthusiasts, as the Copenhagen Interpretation).

(Please note: no harm was done to a cat—this is a theoretical example.)

My own cat, Catty.

Does this mean that when we wake up (keeping our eyes shut), if we believe with all our heart that our dream came true … will it be there when we open our eyes? It is no different than opening that box to check on the cat, so it should be.

I would think there would have to be absolutely no doubt in our minds for it to work—we need complete faith that we can manifest. Ultimately, controlling the very particles of the thing we have thus far only dreamed of having.

I love when synchronistic things happen for me. In the week I worked on this blog post, I received an email from The Secret Daily Teachings. Perfect timing, I thought.

“Most people can manifest the small things quickly. This is because they do not have any resistance around the small things, and because they don’t think thoughts that contradict them. When it comes to the bigger things, however, people often emit thoughts of doubt or worry that contradict those bigger things. This is the only difference in terms of the time it takes for something to manifest.” ~ Rhonda Byrne

How will you wake up tomorrow?

Interested? Here is part one of a Lecture Series on Quantum Physics by Prof. V. Balakrishnan, Department of Physics. It is an introduction to Quantum Physics including Heisenberg”s uncertainty principle.

Hypnosis Is a Natural State of Mind

Hypnosis is just focused concentration. You do it every day.

Have you ever driven your car and ended up at home, not remembering the journey?

Have you ever been writing your blog and someone walks up behind you, causing you to jump out of your chair?

Have you ever been in the middle of reading that next great book and a loud noise causes you to let out a scream?

A state of peace.

If you have experienced any of the above, you have been in a hypnotic state. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind. Depending upon how focused you were doing any of the above, you could have been in a very light to a much deeper hypnotic state.

There are scientific words to describe the four brainwave frequency levels that a person can go through or enter while being hypnotically regressed: Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta. An electroencephalogram (EEG) can measure these levels. Beta is when we are awake, alert and fully aware of our surroundings. Alpha is when we are relaxed, maybe daydreaming or even in a light hypnotic state. Theta is a meditative, drowsy or deep hypnotic state. Finally, there is Delta—the state we are in during a deep sleep.

For past life regression via hypnosis one can go through all the stages, but mostly the brain stays in a Theta state.

What state are you in?

I Found Four Orbs in my Photo … Very Cool!

While browsing through my photos looking for the next perfect photo to include in a post, I noticed something rather intriguing about this one. There are a few orbs—one rainbow, one sort of like a sword and a few others. It almost looks like a person.

I took the photo of these cool orbs near the Kilauea Caldera on the island of Hawaii in the summer of 2012. I honestly would think it is nothing except that the orbs all look so different.

Any opinions on this photo are welcome. Thank you.

Life is The Classroom for Learning – WOW, We Live in a Big School

There is so much out there to learn in life.

Why are we here? What is my life purpose? What is my soul’s journey? I think we all have asked these questions of ourselves at some point in our lives.

Earth, a beautiful classroom. Life is just another class.

Physics and common societal teachings constantly correspond:

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction

Do unto others as you would have do unto you

Karma ~ the law that brings back the results of actions to the person performing them

What goes up must come down

We get these lessons from so many angles. It is presented in cartoons, movies, songs, books, etc. Then … you have to be open to understanding the deeper meaning of it all. You may have seen the movie, heard the song or read the book before, but once you are aware there is a deeper message being presented to us – Love one another – then you see and hear it everywhere. It is like an awakening. Then, you start living this way. Performing random acts of kindness, helping someone in need, offering a compliment, etc… it starts to come back to you.

It is like the Law of Attraction. What you put your attention on is magnetically attracted to you. More information on a new subject (you just heard about) is now mentioned on television, heard on the radio, etc. It’s fun and a learning experience all in one. Then, it is easy to see why things are the way they are – you attracted it – the good and the bad.

Using quantum theory: what you expect to happen, happens. That cat comes out of the box alive and well.

I think our life is a – very long and intense – classroom for learning.

What subjects did you choose?

Today I am working on the introduction to my book, Life is Just Another Class – One Soul’s Journey through Past Life Regression. BE THE FIRST TO READ CHAPTER 9 – the story of my lifetime as Howard Duish from the 1600’s. BONUS! I include excerpts from seven additional chapters so you can learn how Howard made an impact in my current lifetime. Register at to receive your chapter and be the FIRST TO KNOW the release date for my book: Life is Just another Class – One Soul’s Journey through Past Life Regression. It is My Turn to Try Telepathy

As I write this, I realized that I must have visited our local library a lot during high school. It was conveniently located right next door to school. I found a book that included information on how to do telepathy. Well, I had to know more since I read about it in Pebble in the Sky. (Remember, there is no instant information from the internet to be seen or heard of yet.)

After studying the book, I forced my younger siblings to participate in telepathy drawing experiments. I wanted to see if they could draw what I had drawn whilst they were in another room. We took turns like any good siblings would. I would try and draw what they had drawn without looking or talking to them too.

When the one who was drawing via telepathy was done, they called “Time!” And, we would run to see and compare our drawings. Mostly we were way off, but amazingly, we got a few incredibly close. The one picture I remember matching was of a large flower. Excitedly, we ran down to tell everyone. They did not really grasp the importance of this breakthrough (or maybe it was disbelief). But, that did not quell us from doing more experiments. I am sure my parents were glad we were playing nice and keeping out of trouble. It was hard to keep six kids quiet and happy.

Isaac Asimov and telepathy

I am back at our local library again visiting. I think I am there to look up information for some high school project.

(Back in the 1980’s, computers were very new. And, believe it or not, the internet was unheard of then. How we managed, I will never know. I could go on, but I will share one tidbit to give you some perspective – as a senior in high school, my physics class once waited 45 minutes for the computers to merely start up. Happily, this was just in time for the bell to ring. We all had to leave to go to our next class and rarely got the opportunity again.)

Perusing the shelves of the library, I found the paperback book Pebble in the Sky by Isaac Asimov. That looked like more fun than schoolwork.

It was a great book. Real science meshed into an interesting science fiction book by a real scientist. I think I may have read it twice before I had to return it to the library. With one wrong step on the sidewalk, a man travels through time into the future. Towards the end of the book, he becomes very telepathic. So much so, that he could control someone else’s speech, if I remember correctly. It was so interesting to me. Can you really do that? Maybe the unused part of our brain is used for telepathy? I don’t know. I had to find out.
