A Lifetime of Love

I remembered a lifetime where love was a way of living. Food was grown with love. Clothing was made from flowers—I wore a beautiful white shimmering dress I adored. There was trust in everyone and everything. We used intuition for all decisions. Doors were always open.

Random acts of kindness abounded.

I taught heart chakra meditation and I loved my job spreading love to the stars. Spirit guides lovingly helped us in our daily lives. Angels were sometimes spotted. The architecture merged lovingly with the nature around it. Everything about it was loving. People were happy to focus on the positive, it was a way of living.

During the regression, I cried the most because I miss living this way.

It felt like Heaven.

Some days I feel as though Heaven shines down on me. I found this heart when I returned to my desk after being gone a few hours. I took a break from the final edits to my book, Life Is Just Another Class—One Soul’s Journey Through Past Life Regression. I grabbed my camera and took two photos. No sooner did I take them, the heart dissipated. It was meant to be a quick hello, I suppose. I am glad I had the camera nearby.
Go ahead, do something loving today.
Spread a little love from your heart. I found this heart when I returned to my desk after being gone a few hours.
