I was asked this question recently by a new blogger friend… Thank you DreamBlogger for asking.
I have remembered nearly 50 of my past lives, some in more detail than others.
To pick a favorite…. hmm.
I have healed more with some, so they have a special place in my heart.
I have really enjoyed remembering others.
They all have their good and harsh (usually the death) moments.
My favorite ones have been as women. Maybe it is because I can relate as a woman or simply coincidence.
Here are a few basics of my favorites:
I was Helen in New York City having the best day ever dancing at a speakeasy club in 1927. That was a lot of fun to remember. I felt like I was dancing.
I was also Annabelle in France living a very upscale life while enjoying listening to a harpsichord in 1795. The beautiful music brought tears to my eyes.
But, my absolute favorite was as Aleena. She was a metaphysical teacher … her whole life revolved around love. (Plus, I had a very hot boyfriend. lol.)
My absolute favorite part of all of my past life regressions was the opportunity to see the light, to walk into Heaven to visit my spirit guides and angels. There are no words to describe the love you feel at that moment.
I have more on each of lifetimes and how they helped heal my life now in my book, Life Is Just Another Class — One Soul’s Journey Through Past Life Regression. I am currently making some final touches to the manuscript. I offer a Free Chapter to read before it is published.
For me I think it would be when I was a Sea Captain…or at least I was working on a ship at some point. I don’t know why this is my favorite, but I know that when I see a ship (especially at night) it brings back very strong emotions.
how wonderful for you karen – wonder how one can get to know – hypnotist, medium, psychiatrist – donno – would love to find out – does it really help and are we meant to know?

Karen I love that the best is probably the in between. That place in the light.
