Clear Your Chakras with Positive Loving Statements

As you focus on each chakra, say these statements aloud, clearly … with meaningful intent.

Crown Chakra –
I am connected to a greater consciousness.

3rd Eye Chakra –
I am in touch with my inner light. I trust what comes to me.

Throat Chakra –
I speak my personal truth from light and love—and with love, I communicate clearly. I support my voice. The force between the heart and mind is balanced. I am able to express my feelings.

Heart Chakra –
I breathe in life through love. I give and receive with love and gratitude. I support my ability to breathe in life and support a balanced, aligned heart. I am connected above and below.

Solar Plexus Chakra –
I have a positive self-image. I am self-empowered. I have personal power. My metabolism works very well for my body. I am one with myself.

Sacral Chakra –
My creative life force energy pulses through me to support balance and stabilized health. I connect to others through feeling, desire, sensation and movement. I enjoy my creative life energy.

Root Chakra –
I am grounded. I am safe. I am supported. I have the right to be alive.

The concept of energy flows or Chakras throughout the body is something I’m going to try and learn more about in 2013. Based on an experience related from someone I personally know I was all the more intrigued. I’d like to be able to come up with any scientific studies that may have made any attempt to detect and map Chakras. If any one knows of such thing then please bring to my attention.

Hello Roger! I don’t feel the need for scientific fact, because I know I just feel better afterwards. Maybe it is because we are saying nice words about ourselves … raising our vibration in this way.

Close your eyes, focus on that location for the chakra and say it like you mean it. Let me know if you feel a difference.

I do love science! When I can find something that explains the metaphysical in a scientific way… very, very cool. Like the meditative benefit (as if it isn’t already fabulous enough on it’s own) called the Maharishi Effect. The scientific flip-side is called the Meissner Effect. It is very interesting, you will like this…. The Maharishi Effect explained.

I know I read somewhere that the main chakras are in similar places with glands in our bodies. I have a older book called Pranic Healing by Choa Kok Sui. It is very thorough. I was told once that there are hundreds of chakras in our bodies. Let me know what research you find.

I say the above when I do mine or help others while using essential oils to balance chakras. A few times, I could actually “see” someone’s chakras, but I am very visual.

Hi Karen, I loved the fact that you found actual scientific research which enlightens certain realities surrounding Chakras and the potent life force implications when large groups of people tap into this wellspring of power that is within all of us! Might I also suggest to keep your readers on this fine blog, code that will open your links in a new browser without readers going out of your site: NAME OF LINK HERE. CLose code with if you type it exactly that way, a new page will open for readers to enjoy the subject, upon closing, the reader will still be with you!

Karen ❤ That is just what I needed. I was planning on a post to show you how to check your chakras with a pendulum.
In regards to Rogers question, and science I believe could closest be answered by acupuncture and the meridians.I did hear something on it the other day, I think it was an interview with Deepak Chopra but I am not certain.

When I do the chakra clearing with the essential oils, I do use a pendulum. One day I thought, wait … do you need all this extra stuff, can’t you just say the loving words about yourself? It is like Dr. Masaru Emoto and the water crystals. Very intense. Love his work!

I still use the pendulum, because you can gauge percentage of clearing. What is interesting is that nearly everyone I tried it on, had their throat chakra blocked (all women).

I agree with your technique and will be using it myself today. I meant to use the pendulum initially to check on how our chakras are running.

Additionally running chi through, like water in a pipe helps, like doing Qigong or Tia Chi or some other energy work.

Do you have a blog on chi, Qigong or Tia Chi? I only know reiki.
I do understand that chi is our life force that runs through us…
Would it be a visualization of positive loving energy pouring down through the body as you say the words while focusing on the chakra?

No I do not have a blog on Qigong but it is just a standing or moving postures in a meditative state, like Tia Chi practices. Follow?

I have never tried Qigong or Tia Chi … yet. Some day I am sure.

It is such as vast topic and I have not studied or practiced Qigong in over four years, so I am ill equipped to educate or inform much, at the moment. I can tell you when I was increasing the amount of qi/chi (life force energy) Cultivating, moving and storing it consciously, mystical things occurred, my attitude and perceptions improved and so on. I stopped because I started working with another system and technique. But I am no longer doing that.

My sister commented when visiting for Christmas that she thought I should return to my Qigong practice. I think she thinks I had a better attitude and outlook.

It is a discipline and I am not very disciplined.

Here is one on the wuji posture which is basic and a starting part. you just stand with out thinking if possible, I do this lying down, you just have to stay awake, Literally and figuratively. 🙂
